تعلن شركة Honeywell Technologies عن توفر وظيفة استشاري أمن سيبراني (للسعوديين فقط) في السعودية، حيث سيتولى تقديم خدمات أمن سيبراني في الموقع وعن بُعد لشبكات التحكم الصناعي لعملاء الشركة في قطاعات النفط والغاز، والبتروكيماويات، والطاقة، والورق، والتعدين، وغيرها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل كواجهة أساسية للعميل لضمان توافق الحلول المقترحة مع احتياجات أعمالهم.
  • الحفاظ على الكفاءة التقنية في مجموعة منتجات Honeywell Process Solutions الأمنية والشبكية، مع خبرة متخصصة في مجالات أمن/شبكات محددة.
  • بناء علاقات سليمة وموثوقة مع العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين من خلال تقديم دعم فني/هندسي دقيق وفعّال.
  • الاستجابة لاستفسارات العملاء وأسئلتهم ومشكلاتهم من خلال تشخيص المشكلات وتقديم الحل التقني الأنسب بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
  • الحفاظ على المعرفة بالمعايير الأمنية الصناعية الحالية مثل NIST وNCA وIEC-62443 وISO27001 وغيرها.
  • الحفاظ على الشهادات المهنية في الأمن السيبراني.
  • يتطلب السفر بنسبة تتراوح بين 30% و65%.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص حاسوبي (مثل علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات) مع خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في شبكات أنظمة الأتمتة الصناعية.
  • شهادات شبكات: CCNA.
  • تحليل مخاطر الأمن السيبراني.
  • خبرة 5+ سنوات في الشبكات الصناعية.
  • أساسيات أمن Linux/Windows.
  • خبرة 5+ سنوات في قيادة مشاريع أمنية.
  • خبرة قوية في المحاكاة الافتراضية (VCP).
  • خبرة 5+ سنوات في إجراء عمليات التدقيق والتقييم.
  • الإلمام بمتطلبات السلامة في المواقع الصناعية.
  • خبرة 5+ سنوات في التحكم في العمليات الصناعية.
  • خبرة في Microsoft Active Directory وDNS وWSUS وTerminal Server.
  • خبرة في بنى LAN/WAN ونموذج Purdue ICS.
  • معرفة بتصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة التحكم في العمليات.
  • خبرة في تصميم وتحسين بيئات LAN المعقدة.
  • شهادة Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP).
  • شهادة Cisco Certified Network/Design/Security Professional (واحدة على الأقل).
  • خبرة مع بائعي جدران حماية مختلفين (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
  • خبرة في تقديم خدمات الأمن السيبراني/الشبكات/النظم في مواقع العملاء.
  • خبرة مع أنظمة مكافحة الفيروسات والنسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة وإدارة الشبكات والقوائم البيضاء.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing onsite and offsite cyber security services associated with industrial Process Control Networks for Honeywell customers in the Oil and Gas; Hydrocarbon Processing; Power Generation; Pulp, Paper & Printing; Continuous Web Solutions; Petrochemicals; Life Sciences; and Metals, Minerals and Mining markets.

Services provided include on-site and offsite consulting, troubleshooting, network designs, implementation, assessments, and other related tasks as identified.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary customer interface to ensure proposed solutions meet their business needs.
  • Maintain technical competency with the Honeywell Process Solutions security and networking product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on specific designated security/network disciplines.
  • Develop sound and trusted relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and issues by diagnosing problems and providing the most appropriate technical solution in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry security standards such as NIST, NCA, IEC-62443, ISO27001, etc.
  • Maintain cyber security certifications.
  • Requires 30- 65% travel

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field such as Computer Science, Computer information systems degree with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in industrial automation network systems.

Must Have

  • Networking certs (CCNA).
  • Cyber Security Risk Analysis.
  • 5+ years Industrial Networking.
  • Linux/Windows Security Basics.
  • 5+ years Leading Security Projects.
  • Strong Virtualization Experience (VCP).
  • 5+ years Performing Audits/Assessments.
  • Familiarity with Industrial Site’s Safety Requirements.
  • 5+ years’ Experience within Industrial Process Control.
  • Microsoft - Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, Terminal Server.
  • Experience in LAN/WAN architectures & Purdue ICS model.
  • Process Control System Design/Implementation Knowledge.
  • Experience designing and optimizing complex LAN environments.
  • Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) certification.
  • Cisco Certified Network/Design/Security Professional (at least one).
  • Experience different firewall vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Palo alto, Fortinet).
  • Experience performing cybersecurity/network/system services at customer sites.
  • Experience with anti-virus systems, backup & restore, Network management & Whitelisting.
  • Experience with current industry security standards (NIST, NCA, IEC-62443, ISO27001, etc).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network/application/system integration issues.
