تعلن شركة Honeywell Technologies عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لمهندس أنظمة ثاني - أنظمة الإنذار ضد الحريق والإعلان الصوتي (للسعوديين فقط)، في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المهندس مسؤولاً عن الهندسة والتصميم والتكامل وتسليم أنظمة الجهد المنخفض جداً (ELV/ICT) بما في ذلك شبكات ICT، وأنظمة الصوت والصورة، وأنظمة الإنذار ضد الحريق، وأنظمة الإعلان الصوتي والإنذار الصوتي (PAVA)، مع ضمان الامتثال للمواصفات ورضا العملاء وتنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة من حيث التكلفة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة أنشطة هندسة ELV/ICT بدءاً من مرحلة التصميم وحتى التسليم والتشغيل.
  • مراجعة مستندات المشروع والنطاق والمواصفات والرسومات ومتطلبات العقد وحل النظام، وتحديد المخاطر وفجوات التصميم واحتياجات التنسيق والتغييرات المحتملة وخيارات الهندسة القيمية وفرص التوفير في بداية المشروع.
  • التحليل المتعمق لحل النظام المقترح لتأكيد الامتثال وتجنب فجوات التصميم وخفض التكاليف قدر الإمكان وحماية المشروع من مطالبات التغيير المحتملة من قبل مقدمي حلول النظام.
  • إعداد ومراجعة بنى النظام ورسومات التنفيذ والتقديمات الفنية والحسابات ومخططات الشبكات وتفاصيل التكامل وبيانات الطرق ومتطلبات المواد، وضمان مطابقة التصميم لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير المعمول بها.
  • التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين ومديري المشاريع وفرق الموقع والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن وفرق الهندسة عن بُعد لإغلاق الملاحظات وحل المشكلات الفنية والحصول على الموافقات ومواءمة مخرجات الهندسة مع معالم المشروع.
  • دعم اختيار المواد والتقييم الفني وتوضيحات المشتريات وأنشطة التركيب، وتوجيه فرق الموقع لاتباع الرسومات المعتمدة والإجراءات ومتطلبات الجودة.
  • دعم اجتماعات العملاء والتوضيحات الفنية ومراجعات التصميم ومناقشات تقدم المشروع.
  • الإشراف على تكوين النظام واختبار التكامل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل واختبار القبول، وضمان أن تكون الأنظمة وظيفية ومتكاملة وجاهزة لقبول العميل.
  • تتبع المخاطر وتغييرات التصميم وقضايا التكامل وإجراءات الهندسة القيمية والتوفير وفرص التغيير، ودعم خطط التخفيف وتحسين التكلفة وتوثيق التغييرات.
  • إجراء مراجعة التكلفة والهندسة القيمية والتحسين الفني لدعم التحكم في الميزانية وفرص التغيير.
  • تتبع مخرجات الهندسة ومعالم المشروع وحالة التوثيق ومتطلبات التسليم.
  • دعم توحيد الممارسات الهندسية والأدوات والنماذج والدروس المستفادة.
  • توجيه المهندسين المبتدئين ودعم العمل الجماعي الفعال عبر أنشطة المشروع متعددة التخصصات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في هندسة المشاريع لأنظمة ELV أو ICT أو الأمن أو LC أو الصوت والصورة أو الإنذار ضد الحريق أو BMS.
  • خبرة قوية في مراجعة التصميم ورسومات التنفيذ والتقديمات الفنية وهندسة النظام والتركيب والاختبار والتشغيل.
  • خبرة عملية في تصميم وتركيب واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة ELV/ICT (أنظمة ICT، الإنذار ضد الحريق، أنظمة الأمن، الصوت والصورة، BMS، إلخ).
  • معرفة متينة بتصميم الأنظمة المتكاملة، بما في ذلك الشبكات ومتطلبات الطاقة وتدفق الإشارات والواجهات وتطبيقات الخادم/العميل.
  • القدرة على إجراء ومراجعة الحسابات الهندسية الرئيسية مثل حجم البطارية وانخفاض الجهد وتغطية الصوت ودقة الفيديو وعرض النطاق الترددي.
  • الإلمام بالمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية المعمول بها بما في ذلك NFPA وEN وBS والرموز المحلية والممارسات ذات الصلة في ICT/AV.
  • خبرة في تكوين وتشغيل واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها ودمج أنظمة ELV/ICT المعقدة.

Job Description

The ELV Systems Engineer responsible for the engineering, design, integration, and delivery of Extra Low Voltage (ELV/ICT) systems including ICT Network, Audio-Visual System, Fire Alarm System and Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA). The role ensures specification compliance, customer satisfaction, and cost-effective project execution while maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

Lead the identification, development, deployment and engineering and commissioning processes, procedures and tools as well as drive engineering commissioning excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Lead ELV/ICT engineering activities from design stage through commissioning and handover.
  • Review project documents, scope, specifications, drawings, contract requirements, and system solution. Identify risks, design gaps, coordination needs, potential variations, value-engineering options, and saving opportunities at the beginning of the project.
  • Deep dive into the proposed system solution to confirm compliance, avoid design gaps, reduce costs where possible, and protect the project from potential variation claims by system solution providers.
  • Prepare and review system architectures, shop drawings, technical submittals, calculations, network diagrams, integration details, method statements, and material requirements. Ensure the design meets project specifications and applicable standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, site teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and remote engineering teams to close comments, resolve technical issues, obtain approvals, and align engineering outputs with project milestones.
  • Support material selection, technical evaluation, procurement clarification, and installation activities. Guide site teams to follow approved drawings, procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Support customer meetings, technical clarifications, design reviews, and project progress discussions.
  • Supervise system configuration, integration testing, troubleshooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and acceptance testing. Ensure systems are functional, integrated, and ready for client acceptance.
  • Track risks, design changes, integration issues, value-engineering actions, savings, and variation opportunities. Support mitigation plans, cost optimization, and change documentation.
  • Perform cost review, value engineering, and technical optimization to support budget control and variation opportunities.
  • Track engineering deliverables, project milestones, documentation status, and handover requirements.
  • Support standardization of engineering practices, tools, templates, and lessons learned.
  • Guide junior engineers and support effective teamwork across multidisciplinary project activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive project engineering experience in ELV, ICT, Security, LC, AV, Fire Alarm, or BMS systems.
  • Strong experience in design review, shop drawings, technical submittals, system architecture, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Hands-on experience in design, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV/ICT systems (ICT Systems, Fire Alarm, Security Systems, Audio-Visual, BMS, ….. etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of integrated system design, including networks, power requirements, signal flow, interfaces, and server/client applications.
  • Ability to perform and review key engineering calculations such as battery sizing, voltage drop, audio coverage, video resolution, and bandwidth.
  • Familiar with applicable standards and authority requirements, including NFPA, EN, BS, local codes, and relevant ICT/AV practices.
  • Experience in configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and integration of complex ELV/ICT systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer coordination, problem-solving, planning, documentation, and cost-control skills.
  • Able to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project priorities.
  • Professional certifications such as RCDD, CTS-D, CTS-I, PMP, or relevant manufacturer certifications are an advantage.
