انضم إلى شركة Honeywell Technologies في السعودية بصفتك محلل لوجستي (Logistics Analyst I) مع خبرة في عمليات المستودع (الدمام، المدينة الصناعية الثانية). ستكون حلقة الوصل الأساسية بين إدارة المصنع والتخطيط والمشتريات والموردين والمالية وشركات الشحن، مع تركيز 90% على إدارة المستودعات و10% على التوزيع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التخطيط وفقاً لاحتياجات المصنع ومراقبة أنشطة المستودع بما في ذلك استلام الواردات، إدخال المخزون، صرف الأوامر حسب احتياجات الإنتاج، التعبئة، إنشاء الطلبات وتوزيعها على مركز التوزيع في الرياض، إجراء الجرد الدوري والفعلي.
  • العمل عن كثب مع قائد اللوجستيات لضمان تنفيذ استراتيجيات المستودعات العالمية.
  • ضمان تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لوظيفة مستودع المصنع وإعداد عملية مراقبة.
  • إنشاء ممارسات مستودعية قوية وبيئة عمل آمنة في مستودع المصنع، إلى جانب إدارة جودة اللوجستيات.
  • التنسيق مع المشتري بخصوص الفائض والنقص والتلف المبلغ عنه أثناء الاستيراد.
  • إتمام استلام البضائع (GRN/التخزين)، تطبيق نظام KANBAN، الصرف للإنتاج، إنشاء OBD، ترتيب الشحن السريع/التخليص، والشحنات وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة.
  • تطوير ثقافة HOS (LEAN) ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات مع مقدمي الخدمة لتحسين الإنتاجية.
  • إدارة جميع شركات النقل لتتبع الشحنات ووقت العبور الإجمالي وفقاً لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة للشحنات من المصنع.
  • المشاركة في فرق العمل متعددة الوظائف عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان تحقيق الإنتاجية المستهدفة والإبلاغ عنها شهرياً وسنوياً وفقاً لأهداف ISC Logistics.
  • إجراء جميع المعاملات في SAP في الوقت المناسب (GRN، صرف المواد لخط الإنتاج، استلام البضائع في موقع البضائع التامة الصنع، إنشاء التسليم وقائمة التعبئة للشحن، STOP، إلخ) بالتنسيق مع طرف ثالث وفريق الموقع.
  • إدارة دقة المخزون من خلال مراقبة الأنشطة اليومية للمستودع للواردات والتوزيع المحلي، والمطابقة اليومية للدفاتر، والجرد الدوري، وإدارة التدقيق.
  • التحقق من فواتير الطرف الثالث اللوجستي مقابل أمر الشراء مع حفظ سجلات جميع المعاملات.
  • ضمان التوثيق السليم وحفظ السجلات وفقاً للامتثال.
  • عقد اجتماعات لوجستية متدرجة مع مؤشرات الأداء والمشاركة في اجتماع المصنع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال المستودعات والتوزيع والشحن.
  • حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى، ويفضل الحصول على شهادة في المستودعات/سلسلة التوريد.
  • إجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً.
  • معرفة ضرورية بأنظمة ERP (BRP & BRV) ويفضل معرفة أنظمة ERP أخرى (وحدة MM و SD من SAP).
  • مهارات تحليلية للتحقيق في الأسباب الجذرية وحل المشكلات.
  • كفاءة عالية في تطبيقات MS Office (Word، Excel) مع معرفة أساسية بالجداول المحورية و VLOOKUP والدوال.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة صعبة مع العديد من أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
  • إلمام كامل بجميع العمليات المتعلقة بالمستودعات وسلسلة التوريد.
  • معرفة جيدة بمعايير التغليف وإدارة العيوب.
  • إجادة استخدام الإنترنت والبريد الإلكتروني.
  • التوجه نحو خدمة العملاء، روح الفريق، نهج مهني استباقي.

Logistics Analyst l

Description - 90% Warehouse / 10% Distribution

Position Overview -

The purpose of the Logistics Analyst role is to be the primary point of contact between the ISC Plant Manager, Supply planning and material management, Sourcing, Vendors, Finance, Freight Forwarders. This includes planning as per factory needs, monitoring warehouse activities which include inbound receipting, stock intakes, order release as per production needs, and packing, order creation and distribution to Riyadh DC, cycle counts, physical counts etc. Position will also report dotted line into Logistics ISC function.

Warehousing and distribution

Responsible for Warehousing (1 location in Dammam, 2nd Industrial City (MODON)), Distribution and 3PL Operations. This includes but is not limited to receiving, picking, shipping, storage, outbound, RMA activities.

  • Work closely with Logistics Leader to ensure global logistics/warehousing strategies are in place;
  • Ensuring KPI for Factory warehouse function are met and set up monitoring process;
  • Set up robust warehouse practices and create safe working environment in Factory warehouse, along with logistics quality management;
  • Co-ordination with buyer on excess, shortages and damage reported during inbounds;
  • Goods receiving (GRN/put-away), KABAN implementation and issuance to production, OBD creation, courier/FF arrangement and dispatches should be done as per set SOPs and within agreed SLAs;
  • Develop HOS (LEAN) culture and practices within organization and share best practices with service providers, which will help to improve overall productivity;
  • Manage all transporters for shipment tracking and e2e Transit Time as per SLA for dispatches Ex Factory;
  • Participation in CFT (Cross functional team) other functions, If and when required;
  • Ensure set productivity is reached and is reported/monitored Month on Month and Year on Year as per ISC Logistics set goals;
  • Perform all transactions in SAP timely(GRN, Material Issuance to production line, receipt of goods in FG location in SAP, creating Delivery and PL for shipping them, STOP etc) in close coordination with 3PL and site team;
  • Managing inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities of imports & local distribution; daily book to book, cycle count and audit management;
  • Validating 3PL(3 rd party Logistics) invoices against PO with good records out of all transactions;
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping as per compliance;
  • Conduct Logistics Tier meeting with KPIs & participate in Factory Tier call.
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in warehousing & Distribution. Freight forwarding
  • Should be at least Graduate and any certification in Warehouse/SCM will be preferred.
  • Strong command of English both written and spoken;
  • Must know knowledge of ERP BRP & BRV -, with preferred knowledge on other ERP’s used in supply chain and warehousing ( MM & SD Module of SAP)
  • Analytical skills to investigate and understand root cause, combined with problem solver attitude
  • High competence in standard MS Office applications including Word, Excel with basic knowledge of Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and functions
  • Capability to perform in a very challenging environemnt with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Should be well versed with all Processes related to Warehouse and Supply Chain
  • Good knowledge on packaging standards & Defect management
  • Internet & email usage is a must
  • Customer focused, team player, pro-active professional approach
