تسعى Honeywell Technologies إلى توظيف مهندس أنظمة (BMS Engineer) للعمل في السعودية، وذلك ضمن فريق ديناميكي ومتخصص في أنظمة إدارة المباني.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساعدة في تصميم وتطوير حلول BMS بناءً على متطلبات العميل ومواصفات المشروع، بما في ذلك إنشاء تصاميم لوحات التحكم ومنطق البرامج ورسومات واجهة المستخدم.
  • الإشراف والمشاركة في تركيب وتكوين أجهزة BMS والوحدات التحكمية والأجهزة الميدانية، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصناعة ووثائق المشروع.
  • برمجة منطق التحكم وتسلسلات التشغيل لمختلف أنظمة المباني (HVAC، الإضاءة، الأمان)، وإجراء فحوصات تشغيل شاملة (قبل وبعد التشغيل) للتحقق من أداء النظام وفق المواصفات التصميمية.
  • دمج الأنظمة والأجهزة الخارجية باستخدام البروتوكولات القياسية مثل BACnet و Modbus و KNX.
  • تقديم الصيانة المستمرة، وتحديد الأعطال، والدعم الفني لمنشآت BMS الحالية، وتشخيص وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالأجهزة والبرمجيات واتصال الشبكة.
  • تحديد فرص تحسين النظام لزيادة كفاءة الطاقة وراحة شاغلي المبنى والأداء العام للمبنى.
  • إعداد وصيانة وثائق شاملة تشمل مواصفات التصميم وأدلة التشغيل وتقارير المواقع وسجلات التشغيل، وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة لمديري المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع المهندسين والفنيين ومديري المشاريع والعملاء لضمان تسليم المشروع بسلاسة وتشغيل فعال للنظام.
  • إعداد تقييم المخاطر وخطط التخفيف منها.
  • إجراء هندسة القيمة وتحقيق وفورات في المواد/التكاليف، وتقدير التغييرات (VO) وتحليل التكاليف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • سعودي الجنسية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة الكهربائية، هندسة الميكاترونكس، أو مجال ذي صلة. (يمكن قبول الخبرة العملية المعادلة مع شهادات مهنية ذات صلة).
  • خبرة مهنية من 3 إلى 4 سنوات مثبتة كمهندس BMS أو في دور مماثل، مع خبرة عملية في تصميم وتركيب وبرمجة وتشغيل أنظمة BMS.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم قوي لأنظمة HVAC وخدمات المباني.
  • إتقان برمجة منطق التحكم وتسلسلات التشغيل.
  • الإلمام ببروتوكولات BMS المختلفة (مثل BACnet و Modbus و KNX).
  • خبرة مع منصات BMS مثل Trend أو Tridium أو ما يماثلها.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات المعمارية والرسومات الكهربائية ومخططات التحكم.
  • معرفة بفحوصات التركيبات الكهربائية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
  • مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتشخيص.
  • مهارات اتصال كتابية وشفوية قوية للتفاعل الفعال مع العميل والفريق.

Job Description

We Are Seeking A Highly Motivated And Experienced BMS Engineer With 3-4 Years Of Professional Experience To Join Our Dynamic Team. The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For The Design, Installation, Commissioning, , And Optimization Of Building Management Systems (BMS) To Ensure Efficient And Reliable Operation Of Building Services. This Role Requires A Strong Understanding Of HVAC Systems, Control Logic, And Various BMS Protocols, Coupled With Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design And Development: Assist In the Design And Development Of BMS Solutions Based On Client Requirements And Project Specifications. This Includes Creating Control Panel Designs, Software Logic, And User Interface Graphics.
  • Installation And Configuration: Oversee And Participate In The Installation And Configuration Of BMS Hardware, Controllers, And Field Devices. Ensure All Installations Comply With Industry Standards And Project Documentation.
  • Programming And Commissioning: Program Control Logic And Sequences Of Operation For Various Building Systems (HVAC, Lighting, Security). Conduct Thorough Commissioning Checks, Including Pre-Commissioning And Post-Commissioning, To Verify System Performance Against Design Specifications.
  • System Integration: Integrate Third-Party Systems And Devices Using Standard Protocols Such As Bacnet, Modbus, And KNX.
  • Maintenance And Troubleshooting: Provide Ongoing Maintenance, Fault-Finding, And Technical Support For Existing BMS Installations. Diagnose And Resolve Issues Related To Hardware, Software, And Network Connectivity.
  • Optimization: Identify Opportunities For System Optimization To Improve Energy Efficiency, Occupant Comfort, And Overall Building Performance.
  • Documentation And Reporting: Prepare And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation, Including Design Specifications, Operational Manuals, Site Reports, And Commissioning Records. Provide Regular Updates To Project Managers And Stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work Closely With Other Engineers, Technicians, Project Managers, And Clients To Ensure Seamless Project Delivery And Effective System Operation.
  • Risk assessment and Mitigation plan preparation
  • Value engineering and Material/ Cost savings and VO estimation and cost analysis

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, mechatronics Engineering, Or A Related Field. Equivalent Practical Experience With Relevant Certifications
  • Experience: 3-4 Years Of Proven Experience As A BMS Engineer Or In A Similar Role, With Hands-On Experience In The Design, Installation, Programming, And Commissioning Of BMS.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong Understanding Of HVAC Systems And Building Services.
  • Proficiency In Programming Control Logic And Sequences Of Operation.
  • Familiarity With Various BMS Protocols (E.G., Bacnet, Modbus, KNX).
  • Experience With BMS Platforms Such As Trend, Tridium, Or Similar.
  • Ability To Read And Interpret Architectural Plans, Electrical Schematics, And Control Diagrams.
  • Knowledge Of Electrical Installation Checks And Troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Diagnostic Abilities.
  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills For Effective Client And Team Interaction.
  • High Level Of Diligence And Attention To Detail.
