We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Managed Engineer to administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise observability environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace Managed, OneAgent, ActiveGate, application and infrastructure monitoring, dashboards, and alert management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine health checks and monitor the Dynatrace Managed environment, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, monitored entities, and telemetry.
• Review Dynatrace problems, alerts, dashboards, and monitoring coverage.
• Support onboarding of technically ready hosts and applications.
• Create, maintain, and optimize operational dashboards, reports, alerting profiles, tags, and management zones.
• Perform initial technical analysis and troubleshooting using Dynatrace monitoring data.
• Coordinate monitoring issues with application, infrastructure, database, and network teams.
• Maintain monitoring inventories, configuration records, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate Dynatrace product support cases and follow up on resolutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer to customer administrators and operators.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of the Dynatrace environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Hands-on experience administering Dynatrace Managed environments.
• Practical experience deploying and troubleshooting OneAgent and ActiveGate.
• Experience monitoring applications, infrastructure, hosts, processes, and services.
• Proficiency in maintaining Dynatrace dashboards, reports, alerting profiles, tags, and management zones.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux monitoring.
• Understanding of APIs, SNMP, WMI, WinRM, SSH, and database-monitoring access.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a controlled enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dynatrace certification or formal training.
• Experience with customer-hosted or restricted-connectivity environments.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale observability platforms.
• Strong reporting, communication, and knowledge-transfer skills.
