تعلن شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط عن توفر وظيفة مدير مشاريع - مراكز بيانات في الرياض، حيث ستعمل ضمن بيئة استشارية متعددة التخصصات وتتولى مسؤولية تسليم مشاريع مراكز بيانات معقدة في المنطقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تسليم مشاريع مراكز البيانات من مرحلة البدء حتى الاكتمال.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة وتواصل منتظم.
- تطوير وصيانة خطط المشاريع والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات وخطط الموارد.
- قيادة وتنسيق الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان تسليم المشروع بشكل متكامل وفعال.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وأدائه مقابل الأهداف والتسليمات المتفق عليها.
- تحديد وإدارة وتخفيف مخاطر المشروع وقضاياه.
- تسهيل التنسيق التصميمي عبر الاستشاريين الفرعيين المعينين داخلياً وخارجياً وخبراء الموضوع.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والمعايير ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة وتوقعات العملاء.
- دعم التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة والجهات الرسمية والمقاولين والاستشاريين والأطراف الثالثة الأخرى.
- دعم عمليات ضمان التصميم والحوكمة الفنية.
- المساعدة في الحصول على الموافقات والتصاريح والاتفاقيات اللازمة مع أصحاب المصلحة عند الحاجة.
- مراجعة مخرجات المشروع لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة ومتطلبات المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع داخل بيئة تصميمية.
- خبرة في إدارة مشاريع مراكز البيانات عبر مراحل متعددة من التسليم.
- خبرة قوية في التعامل مع العملاء، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة استشارية أو هندسية أو تسليم مشاريع.

- سجل حافل في تسليم المشاريع بنجاح وتلبية توقعات العملاء.

The Project Manager will operate within a multidisciplinary design consultancy environment, responsible for the successful delivery of complex Data Centre projects across the region. The role requires leadership of integrated design teams across architecture, building engineering, specialist disciplines, infrastructure, utilities and master planning, ensuring coordinated, high-quality design solutions that meet client, regulatory and project requirements.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of Data Centre projects from initiation through to completion.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining effective working relationships and regular communication.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and integrated project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance against agreed objectives and deliverables.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate design coordination across internal and externally appointed subconsultants and subject matter experts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, health and safety requirements, and client expectations.
- Support coordination with stakeholders, authorities, contractors, consultants, and other third parties
- Support design assurance and technical governance processes.
- Assist in securing necessary approvals, permits, and stakeholder agreements where required.
- Review project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Prepare project reports and provide accurate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support commercial management activities, including cost control, change management, and contract administration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of project management best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience within a design practice
- Experience of managing Data Centre projects through multiple phases of delivery.
- Strong client-facing experience, preferably within a consultancy, engineering, or project delivery environment.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, governance, and reporting processes.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality requirements.
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully and meeting client expectations.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent would be advantageous.
