شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط تعلن عن وظيفة مفتش هيدروليكي (إشراف موقع) للسعوديين، للعمل في مكة وجدة. سيكون المفتش جزءًا من فريق الإشراف على أعمال تركيب شبكات مياه الأمطار والمجاري المائية والقنوات وأنظمة الصرف وأعمال الحماية من الفيضانات المرتبطة بمشاريع النقل والطرق.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المفتش الهيدروليكي مسؤول عن الإشراف الميداني على تنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية الهيدروليكية، بما يشمل شبكات تصريف مياه الأمطار والقنوات والهياكل الهيدروليكية وأعمال الحماية من الفيضانات. يشترط أن يمتلك المرشح خبرة واسعة في الإشراف الميداني على مشاريع البنية التحتية داخل المملكة العربية السعودية، وأن تكون خبرته الأساسية في فحص أعمال الصرف والهيدروليكا لصالح شركات استشارية هندسية، مع استبعاد المرشحين ذوي الخبرة المقتصرة على خدمات المباني أو أدوار المقاولين فقط أو المكاتب التصميمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص أعمال الصرف والمياه الهيدروليكية والمرافق للتأكد من مطابقتها للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- مراقبة أنشطة الإنشاء المتعلقة بالقنوات المفتوحة والمغلقة وخطوط الأنابيب ومصبات التجميع وغرف التفتيش والقنوات المائية وأحواض الترسيب وهياكل تخفيف الفيضانات.
- التحقق من الخطوط والمستويات والمحاذاة والأبعاد وجودة الأعمال المنفذة في الموقع.
- مراجعة أنشطة عمل المقاول ومراقبة الامتثال لطرق العمل المعتمدة وإجراءات الجودة.
- المعاينة والتوثيق لأعمال الفحص والاختبار والتشغيل لأنظمة الصرف والهيدروليكا.
- التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع والمهندسين المتخصصين والمفتشين الآخرين لحل مشكلات الموقع.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لعمليات الفحص وتقارير عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مراقبة امتثال المقاول لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في المشروع.
- دعم متابعة التقدم وتقديم تقارير الفحص التي تحدد أوجه القصور والإجراءات التصحيحية المطلوبة.
- التحقق من أن المواد المستخدمة في الأعمال الهيدروليكية والصرف مطابقة للمواصفات والمواد المعتمدة.
- المساعدة في مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية والتفاصيل الإنشائية المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية للصرف والهيدروليكا.
- دعم تسليم ممرات النقل والطرق والطرق السريعة وشبكات الصرف ومشاريع البنية التحتية المدنية المرتبطة بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- حد أدنى 8 سنوات خبرة في الإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- حد أدنى 5 سنوات خبرة في فحص أعمال الصرف ومياه الأمطار والبنية الهيدروليكية.
- خبرة إلزامية داخل المملكة العربية السعودية (KSA).
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع شركات استشارية هندسية في مشاريع الإشراف على الإنشاءات.
- خبرة قوية في مشاريع النقل والطرق والطرق السريعة والمرافق والبنية التحتية.
- لن يتم النظر في المرشحين ذوي الخبرة المقتصرة على خدمات المباني أو أدوار المقاولين فقط أو المكاتب التصميمية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم جيد لشبكات الصرف وأنظمة مياه الأمطار والقنوات والهياكل الهيدروليكية والبنية التحتية للتحكم في الفيضانات.
- الإلمام بإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة والتفتيش.
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات ووثائق الإنشاء.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتقارير والتنسيق.

Job Description
As a Hydraulics Inspector, you will be part of the construction supervision team overseeing the installation and construction of stormwater networks, culverts, drainage systems, flood protection works, and other hydraulic infrastructure associated with transportation and road projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive site supervision experience on infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia and a strong background in inspecting drainage and hydraulic works on behalf of engineering consultancy organizations. Candidates whose experience is predominantly related to building services, contractor-only roles, or office-based design positions will not be considered.

Responsibilities
- Inspect drainage, stormwater, hydraulic, and utility works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction activities related to culverts, box culverts, pipelines, catch basins, manholes, channels, retention ponds, and flood mitigation structures.
- Verify line, level, alignment, dimensions, and quality of works executed on site.
- Review contractor work activities and monitor compliance with approved method statements and quality procedures.
- Witness and document inspections, testing, and commissioning activities related to drainage and hydraulic systems.
- Coordinate with Resident Engineers, discipline engineers, and other inspectors to resolve site issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor compliance with project HSE and environmental requirements.
- Support progress monitoring and provide inspection reports identifying deficiencies and required corrective actions.
- Verify materials used in hydraulic and drainage works meet project specifications and approved submittals.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings and construction details related to drainage and hydraulic infrastructure.
- Support the successful delivery of transportation corridors, roads, highways, drainage systems, and associated civil infrastructure projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of construction supervision experience on infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience inspecting drainage, stormwater, and hydraulic infrastructure works.
- Mandatory experience within Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Proven experience working with engineering consultancy firms on construction supervision projects.
- Strong experience in transportation, road, highway, and utility infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of drainage networks, stormwater systems, culverts, hydraulic structures, and flood control infrastructure.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, quality control, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
