تسعى شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى تعيين مهندس أول أنظمة ELV/ICT لدعم تنفيذ مشروع بنية تحتية رئيسي في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتقديم المدخلات الفنية لتصميمات ورسومات ومواصفات أنظمة ELV/ICT وBMS وSCADA وPLC وأنظمة التحكم.
- مراجعة والتحقق من جداول I/O وفلسفات التحكم وهندسة النظام ومتطلبات الواجهات ومصفوفات السبب والنتيجة.
- تقديم الإشراف الفني على تكامل BMS وSCADA مع الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية وغيرها من أنظمة البنية التحتية.
- مراجعة مقدمات المقاولين بما في ذلك رسومات الورش ومواد التقديم وبيانات الأساليب والاستفسارات الفنية وخطط الفحص والاختبار وإجراءات الاختبار ووثائق "كما تم البناء".
- مراقبة أعمال التركيب والإنشاء في الموقع لضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة ومتطلبات المشروع والمعايير المطبقة.
- مراجعة والإشراف على أنظمة إنذار الحريق وأنظمة السلامة الحياتية، بما في ذلك الواجهات مع أنظمة المباني والبنية التحتية الأخرى.
- تقديم الإشراف الفني لأنظمة ELV/ICT بما في ذلك: CCTV، الإذاعة العامة والإنذار الصوتي، التحكم في الدخول، الشبكات المهيكلة والألياف الضوئية، أنظمة الاتصال الداخلي، أنظمة الأمن، BMS وأنظمة التحكم المرتبطة، SCADA وأنظمة التحكم القائمة على PLC.
- ضمان التكامل الفعال بين أنظمة BMS وSCADA وPLC وELV وICT وMEP وغيرها من أنظمة البنية التحتية.
- تنسيق الواجهات الفنية بين الأنظمة المدنية والكهربائية والميكانيكية والمرافق وتقنية المعلومات والأنظمة المتخصصة.
- مراجعة مقترحات المقاولين/الموردين وتحديد مشكلات التصميم أو التركيب أو التكامل.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية وورش العمل التصميمية واجتماعات تنسيق الواجهات ومراجعات التقدم.
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين وإثارة الملاحظات الفنية أو مشكلات عدم المطابقة عند الحاجة.
- دعم وحضور اختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT) واختبارات القبول في الموقع (SAT) وأنشطة ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل والاختبار.
- مراجعة اختبارات الأنظمة المتكاملة والتأكد من أن واجهات النظام وتسلسلات التحكم تعمل وفقاً لمتطلبات المشروع.
- مراجعة أنشطة تصحيح العيوب ودعم إغلاق المشكلات الفنية المعلقة قبل التسليم.
- مراجعة أدلة التشغيل والصيانة ورسومات "كما تم البناء" وسجلات الاختبار ووثائق التدريب وغيرها من مخرجات التسليم.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للعميل وفريق إدارة المشروع طوال مراحل الإنشاء والتشغيل وإغلاق المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونيات أو الاتصالات أو هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في المجال ذي الصلة، مع خبرة كبيرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى أو المشاريع متعددة التخصصات المعقدة.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة المشاريع / إدارة الإنشاءات / الاستشارات الهندسية في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل على مشاريع في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط الأوسع.
- التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين إلزامي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة تقنية عملية قوية في أنظمة BMS وSCADA.
- فهم قوي لـ PLC وأنظمة التحكم الصناعية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إعداد و/أو مراجعة مفصلة لجداول I/O.
- معرفة قوية بفلسفة التحكم وهندسة النظام وبروتوكولات الاتصال وتكامل الأنظمة.
- خبرة في أنظمة إنذار الحريق وواجهات السبب والنتيجة.
- معرفة عملية جيدة بأنظمة ELV/ICT بما في ذلك CCTV والإذاعة العامة والتحكم في الدخول والشبكات المهيكلة وأنظمة الاتصالات.
- خبرة قوية في مراجعة التصميم والإشراف على الإنشاء ومراجعة المقدمات الفنية والتنسيق مع المقاولين.

Responsibilities
- Review and provide technical input on ELV/ICT, BMS, SCADA, PLC and control system designs, drawings and specifications.
- Review and verify I/O schedules, control philosophies, system architecture, interface requirements and Cause & Effect matrices.
- Provide technical oversight of BMS and SCADA integration with electrical, mechanical and other infrastructure systems.
- Review contractor submissions including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, technical queries, inspection and test plans, testing procedures and as-built documentation.
- Monitor site installation and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements and applicable standards.
- Review and supervise Fire Alarm and Life Safety systems, including interfaces with other building and infrastructure systems.
- Provide technical oversight of ELV/ICT systems including:
- CCTV
- Public Address and Voice Alarm
- Access Control
- Structured Cabling and Fibre Optic Networks
- Intercom and communication systems
- Security systems
- BMS and associated control systems
- SCADA and PLC-based control systems
- Ensure effective integration between BMS, SCADA, PLC, ELV, ICT, MEP and other infrastructure systems.
- Coordinate technical interfaces between civil, electrical, mechanical, utilities, ICT and specialist systems.
- Review contractor/vendor proposals and identify design, installation or integration issues.
- Participate in technical meetings, design workshops, interface coordination meetings and progress reviews.
- Monitor contractor performance and raise technical observations or non-conformance issues where required.
- Support and witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), pre-commissioning and testing & commissioning activities.
- Review integrated systems testing and confirm that system interfaces and control sequences operate in accordance with project requirements.
- Review snagging/de-snagging activities and support closure of outstanding technical issues before handover.
- Review O&M manuals, as-built drawings, testing records, training documentation and other handover deliverables.
- Provide technical support to the client and PMCM team throughout construction, commissioning and project close-out.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Typically 12+ years of relevant experience, with substantial experience on major infrastructure or complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge of BMS and SCADA systems.
- Strong understanding of PLC and industrial/control systems.
- Demonstrable experience in the preparation and/or detailed review of I/O schedules.
- Strong knowledge of control philosophy, system architecture, communication protocols and systems integration.
- Experience with Fire Alarm systems and Cause & Effect interfaces.
- Good working knowledge of ELV/ICT systems including CCTV, Public Address, Access Control, structured cabling and communications systems.
- Strong experience in design review, construction supervision, technical submittal review and contractor coordination.
- Experience in testing, commissioning and integrated systems testing.
- Previous PMC/PMCM/engineering consultancy experience on major infrastructure projects is required.
- Previous experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East is required.
- Knowledge of applicable Saudi requirements and relevant international standards.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.
