WSP في الشرق الأوسط تبحث عن مهندس مشروع (Project Engineer) لدعم تخطيط وتنسيق وتنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية متعددة التخصصات في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق أنشطة الهندسة والتصميم والبناء وتسليم المشروع.
- دعم مدير المشروع في التخطيط والتنفيذ والمراقبة وإعداد تقارير التقدم.
- مراجعة مخرجات الهندسة والرسومات والمواصفات والمستندات الفنية.
- مراقبة الجداول الزمنية والمعالم والمخرجات لضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد.
- تنسيق الواجهات بين مختلف التخصصات الهندسية وأصحاب المصلحة.
- المساعدة في إدارة مخاطر المشروع والمشكلات وطلبات التغيير.
- مراجعة مستندات المقاول وطرق العمل والمستندات الفنية.
- حضور اجتماعات العميل وأصحاب المصلحة والتقدم وإعداد التقارير الفنية.
- دعم أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة عبر تخصصات المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع والمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- تنسيق اعتماد الجهات الرسمية والتصاريح ومتطلبات أصحاب المصلحة عند الاقتضاء.
- مراقبة أنشطة البناء وتقديم الدعم الفني أثناء التنفيذ.
- تتبع بنود العمل وقرارات المشروع ومخرجات الهندسة.
- دعم إغلاق المشروع والتسليم وأنشطة التوثيق.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والتعاون والتحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 إلى 12 سنة في مجال هندسة المشاريع وتسليمها.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع النقل والطرق والكباري والأنفاق والمرافق أو البنية التحتية.
- خبرة في تنسيق فرق الهندسة والبناء متعددة التخصصات.
- معرفة بإدارة العقود وضوابط المشاريع وإدارة المخاطر.
- خبرة في العمل مع شركات استشارات هندسية رائدة (يفضل).
- خبرة في مشاريع دول الخليج أو الإمارات (يفضل).
- شهادة PMP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمبادئ إدارة المشاريع والعمليات الهندسية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتنسيق.
- إتقان استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office، و Primavera P6، و MS Project، أو أدوات إدارة مشاريع مماثلة.

- Coordinate engineering, design, construction, and project delivery activities.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project progress.
- Review engineering deliverables, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate interfaces between various engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
- Assist in managing project risks, issues, and change requests.
- Review contractor submissions, method statements, and technical documents.
- Attend client, stakeholder, and progress meetings and prepare technical reports.
- Support quality assurance and quality control activities across project disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate authority approvals, permits, and stakeholder requirements where applicable.
- Monitor construction activities and provide technical support during project execution.
- Track action items, project decisions, and engineering deliverables.
- Support project closeout, handover, and documentation activities.
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in project engineering and project delivery.
- Proven experience on transportation, roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and engineering processes.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
- Knowledge of contract administration, project controls, and risk management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Experience working with leading engineering consultancy firms is preferred.
- GCC/UAE project experience is preferred.
- PMP certification is advantageous.
