المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاءات المتعلقة بخطوط نقل المياه والبنية التحتية المدنية المرتبطة بها.
- ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للمخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد والمعايير المعمول بها.
- مراجعة وتقديم الملاحظات على المخططات التنفيذية وطرق العمل وعروض المواد والمقترحات الفنية.
- مراقبة تقدم المقاول وجودة العمل والامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- إجراء التفتيش الميداني وحضور أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل.
- تحديد وحل المشكلات الفنية التي تظهر أثناء الإنشاء.
- التنسيق مع العميل والمقاول والجهات الرسمية وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين في المشروع.
- مراجعة تقارير تقدم المقاول وسجلات التفتيش والوثائق الفنية.
- المساعدة في تقييم التغييرات والمطالبات والمسائل التعاقدية.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن التقدم والجودة والمسائل الفنية لإدارة المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معترف بها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الهندسة المدنية، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع خطوط نقل المياه أو البنية التحتية المائية.
- خبرة سابقة في الإشراف على الإنشاءات وأدوار الاستشارات الهندسية.
- معرفة قوية بإنشاء خطوط الأنابيب وأعمال الحفر والمنشآت الخرسانية المسلحة والتنسيق مع المرافق.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية المتعلقة بمشاريع البنية التحتية المائية.
- خبرة في مراجعة العروض الفنية وإجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة ومنهجيات الإنشاء.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق وكتابة التقارير.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وAutoCAD.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في دول الخليج أو الشرق الأوسط.

Senior Civil Engineer will act as the Consultant's representative and be responsible for overseeing the construction and delivery of water transmission pipeline works. The role involves monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the successful execution of the project within schedule and budget requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities related to water transmission pipelines and associated civil infrastructure.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
- Review and provide comments on shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical proposals.
- Monitor contractor progress, quality, and compliance with HSE requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and witness testing and commissioning activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
- Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
- Review contractor progress reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
- Assist in evaluating variations, claims, and contractual matters.
- Prepare periodic progress, quality, and technical reports for project management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, including at least 5 years on water transmission pipeline or water infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience in construction supervision and consultancy roles.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline construction, earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, and utility coordination.
- Familiarity with international standards and industry best practices related to water infrastructure projects.
- Experience in reviewing technical submittals, QA/QC procedures, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- GCC/Middle East experience is preferred.
