Job Title: Project Manager - Civil Engineer

Location: Buraidah, Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects, preferably in infrastructure. They should possess strong knowledge of stormwater drainage systems, flood control projects, and drainage network maintenance. The candidate must demonstrate proven leadership skills, the ability to manage project teams and contractors, and experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, and government authorities. Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to ensure efficient project execution, compliance with contractual requirements, and successful achievement of project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects, ensuring successful execution in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Supervise stormwater drainage systems, flood control projects, and drainage network maintenance activities.
• Develop operational plans, manage project schedules, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and technical staff to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant government authorities.
• Monitor project performance, prepare technical reports, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify operational challenges, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects, preferably in infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater drainage networks, flood control systems, and maintenance operations.
• Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and contractor supervision.
• Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to work in Buraidah, Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia.
