هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل تتطلب العمل في الموقع، حيث سيدعم المهندس المدني تخطيط وتصميم وتنفيذ المشاريع الهندسية. توفر الشركة فرصة للتعرف على جميع مراحل المشروع من المفهوم إلى التنفيذ، مع التركيز على الحلول المبتكرة والذكية واستخدام المنهجيات والتقنيات الحديثة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد ومراجعة الرسومات التصميمية والمواصفات الفنية والحسابات الخاصة بالبنية التحتية وتطوير المواقع وأنظمة إدارة مياه الأمطار.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لضمان سير العمل.
- المساعدة في إجراء التفتيش الموقعي ومراقبة تقدم أعمال البناء.
- ضمان الامتثال للقوانين المحلية ومعايير السلامة ومتطلبات المشروع.
- المساهمة في تخطيط المشاريع وتقدير التكاليف وتقييم المخاطر.
- إعداد التقارير والوثائق اللازمة لدعم اعتماد المشاريع وتسليمها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة؛ التسجيل المهني أو إمكانية الحصول عليه ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة عملية كمهندس مدني مع التركيز على تخطيط المشاريع.
- معرفة وخبرة عملية في إدارة مياه الأمطار (Stormwater Management).
- خبرة سابقة في مشاريع سكنية أو تجارية أو صناعية في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي تعتبر مفيدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في الهندسة المدنية والتصميم الهندسي.
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الفنية واستخدام برامج الهندسة مثل AutoCAD وCivil 3D أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة تطبيق القوانين والمعايير المحلية للبناء.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات وتنظيمية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالسلامة والجودة.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role is based in the Riyadh Region and focuses on supporting the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. - Previous experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects in the GCC region is beneficial.
