تعلن شركة WSP in the Middle East عن توفر وظيفة قائد البنية التحتية السلبية لتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (Passive ICT Infrastructure Lead) لمشروع مطار في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة نطاق العمل الخاص بالأنظمة السلبية (Passive SAS) عبر دورة حياة المشروع: مراجعة التصميم، مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية والمستندات المقدمة، الإشراف على التركيب، الاختبار، والتسليم.
  • الإشراف على مخرجات الهندسة الخاصة بالبنية التحتية السلبية بما في ذلك توجيه الكابلات، تنسيق مسارات التجميع (containment)، تخطيط المسارات، والتكامل بين التخصصات.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الأنظمة النشطة (Active SAS) وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) وأصحاب المصلحة في الإنشاءات لضمان إدارة سلسة للواجهات وجاهزية شاملة للنظام.
  • ضمان جودة التركيب والامتثال من خلال عمليات التفتيش، مراجعة بيانات طرق العمل (Method Statements) وخطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs)، والتحقق من التقدم مقابل معالم البرنامج الزمني.
  • قيادة جاهزية التشغيل: دعم الفحوصات ما قبل التشغيل، التحضير لاختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT) والموقع (SAT) عند الاقتضاء، تنسيق الاختبارات المتكاملة، وإغلاق الوثائق.
  • إدارة الاستفسارات الفنية (RFIs) والمشكلات في الموقع وتتبع حلها لمنع التأخير وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المطار والطيران.
  • مراقبة التقدم، تسليط الضوء على المخاطر، وتقديم تقارير واضحة لمدير المشروع لدعم اتخاذ القرارات والتخطيط للتخفيف من المخاطر.
  • ضمان جودة الوثائق للتسليم بما في ذلك المخططات حسب التنفيذ (As-Builts)، نتائج الاختبار، مدخلات التشغيل والصيانة (O&M)، وحزم الإثبات المتوافقة مع متطلبات المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مجال توصيل البنية التحتية السلبية للمشاريع المعقدة في بيئات تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) والأنظمة منخفضة الجهد (ELV) والمطارات والمنشآت الحيوية.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة الكابلات المهيكلة (Structured Cabling)، مسارات التجميع (الصواني/القنوات/المواسير)، المسارات، وتنسيق البنية التحتية السلبية في مواقع الإنشاءات النشطة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في العمل على مشاريع كبيرة متعددة الأطراف، مع التعامل مع فرق الأنظمة النشطة وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات وإدارة قيود الإنشاءات.
  • قدرة صلبة على مراقبة الجودة والتقدم: عمليات التفتيش، فحوصات الامتثال، تخطيط الاختبار، والإغلاق المنظم.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل، مع القدرة على تقديم تحديثات موجزة ودقيقة حول التقدم والمخاطر.

Job Description

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Passive ICT Infrastructure Lead to be based in KSA. This role leads and oversees all passive infrastructure elements supporting Special Airport Systems, including structured cabling, pathways, containment systems, and associated infrastructure. You will ensure passive systems are designed, installed, tested, and commissioned in line with project standards and aviation requirements, while coordinating closely with active systems, ICT, and construction interfaces. You will also support the Project Director by monitoring progress and ensuring integration with airport operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the passive SAS scope across the project lifecycle: design review, shop drawing/submittal review, installation oversight, testing, and handover.
  • Own passive infrastructure engineering deliverables including cable routing, containment coordination, pathway planning, and integration across disciplines.
  • Coordinate with active SAS teams, ICT, and construction stakeholders to ensure seamless interface management and end-to-end system readiness.
  • Ensure installation quality and compliance through inspections, method statement/ITP reviews, and progress verification against programme milestones.
  • Drive commissioning readiness: support pre-commissioning checks, FAT/SAT preparation where applicable, integrated testing coordination, and documentation closure.
  • Manage technical queries (RFIs), site issues, and resolution tracking to prevent delays and ensure compliance with airport/aviation expectations.
  • Monitor progress, highlight risks, and provide clear reporting to the Project Director, supporting decisions and mitigation planning.
  • Ensure documentation quality for handover, including as-builts, test results, O&M inputs, and evidence packs aligned to project requirements.


Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in passive infrastructure delivery for complex ICT/ELV/airport/mission-critical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems, containment (tray/trunking/conduit), pathways, and passive infrastructure coordination in live construction settings.
  • Proven experience working on major multi-stakeholder projects, interfacing with active systems and ICT teams and managing construction constraints.
  • Solid capability in quality and progress control: inspections, compliance checks, test planning, and structured close-out.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to provide concise, accurate progress and risk updates.
  • A practical, site-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability and attention to technical detail.
