تسعى شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى توظيف مدير إدارة أصحاب المصلحة (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريق النقل والبنية التحتية في مكة المكرمة. سيقود المرشح الناجح أنشطة التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر مشاريع البنية التحتية والنقل التصميمية الكبرى، لضمان التواصل الفعال والمواءمة والتعاون بين فرق المشروع والجهات الحكومية ومزودي الخدمات والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، مما يساهم في تحقيق أهداف المملكة الطموحة في تطوير النقل والبنية التحتية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل لمشاريع النقل والبنية التحتية الكبرى.
- تحديد ورسم خرائط وتحليل وصيانة سجلات أصحاب المصلحة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الجهات الحكومية والبلديات والهيئات التنظيمية ومزودي الخدمات والعملاء وممثلي المجتمع.
- العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين فرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
- تنسيق اجتماعات أصحاب المصلحة وورش العمل والعروض وجلسات التشاور.
- إدارة مخاطر وقضايا واهتمامات أصحاب المصلحة، مع ضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب والتصعيد عند الاقتضاء.
- تسهيل الموافقات والتصاريح ومتطلبات التنسيق مع السلطات ذات الصلة ووكالات المرافق.
- دعم فرق المشروع في الحصول على قبول أصحاب المصلحة لحلول التصميم ومبادرات المشروع.
- إعداد تقارير التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة والمراسلات ومحاضر الاجتماعات والتحديثات على المستوى التنفيذي.
- مراقبة التزامات أصحاب المصلحة وضمان تتبع الإجراءات وإغلاقها بفعالية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع مديري المشاريع ومديري التصميم وقادة التخصصات والعملاء لدعم تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات العملاء وأطر حوكمة المشاريع والالتزامات التنظيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التخطيط الحضري أو إدارة الأعمال أو الاتصالات أو العلاقات العامة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- 15 عامًا كحد أدنى من الخبرة المهنية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة أو التنسيق معهم أو الشؤون الخارجية.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل على مشاريع تصميم نقل وبنية تحتية كبيرة الحجم داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في الاستشارات الهندسية.
- سجل حافل في التعامل مع سلطات القطاع العام والبلديات وهيئات النقل ومزودي الخدمات والهيئات التنظيمية.
- فهم قوي لدورات حياة مشاريع البنية التحتية والنقل من التخطيط مرورًا بالتصميم وصولاً إلى التسليم.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتأثير وإدارة العلاقات.
- القدرة على إدارة أصحاب مصلحة متعددين وأولويات متنافسة ضمن بيئات مشاريع معقدة.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement stakeholder management and communication strategies for major transport and infrastructure projects.
- Identify, map, analyze, and maintain stakeholder registers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, municipalities, regulatory authorities, utility providers, clients, and community representatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, presentations, and consultation sessions.
- Manage stakeholder risks, issues, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where appropriate.
- Facilitate approvals, permits, and coordination requirements with relevant authorities and utility agencies.
- Support project teams in obtaining stakeholder buy-in for design solutions and project initiatives.
- Prepare stakeholder engagement reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and executive-level updates.
- Monitor stakeholder commitments and ensure actions are tracked and closed effectively.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, design managers, discipline leads, and clients to support successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, project governance frameworks, and regulatory obligations.
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in stakeholder management, stakeholder coordination, or external affairs.
- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale transport and infrastructure design projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Previous experience with an engineering consultancy is highly preferred.
- Proven track record engaging with public sector authorities, municipalities, transport authorities, utility providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and transportation project lifecycles from planning through design and delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities within complex project environments.
