Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of network security architecture and controls.

* Manage enterprise firewalls, secure connectivity, VPNs, network segmentation, and cloud network security.

* Monitor security alerts and system health, investigate threats, and coordinate incident response with relevant teams.

* Review firewall rules, network changes, and privileged access to maintain secure configurations.

* Oversee vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and coordinate remediation with IT teams.

* Apply network hardening standards and CIS benchmarks, and verify configuration compliance.

* Review and update network security policies, standards, and procedures in coordination with GRC.

* Plan and conduct network disaster recovery and business continuity failover testing.

* Prepare network security KPI reports and lead the team in improving security performance.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Network Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in network security.

* Strong knowledge of network architecture, TCP/IP, routing and switching, VPNs, and firewall technologies.

* Hands-on experience configuring and managing enterprise firewalls, such as Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, or equivalent.

* Experience with AWS networking, Azure network security, CIS benchmarks, and vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Tenable.

* Experience with SIEM, log management, and threat monitoring tools.

* At least two relevant certifications covering Palo Alto, Meraki, Cisco, or Fortinet technologies.

* Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate or AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty is a plus.
