تعلن شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط عن توفر وظيفة مدير التصميم - مركز البيانات في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن قيادة فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات ضمن قطاع المباني والممتلكات مع التركيز على قطاع مراكز البيانات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيكون مدير التصميم مسؤولاً عن قيادة فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات ضمن قطاع المباني والممتلكات مع التركيز على قطاع مراكز البيانات. يتطلب الدور قيادة فرق التصميم المتكاملة عبر الهندسة المعمارية وهندسة المباني والتخصصات المتخصصة والبنية التحتية والمرافق والتخطيط الرئيسي، مما يضمن حلول تصميم منسقة وعالية الجودة تلبي متطلبات العميل والجهات التنظيمية والمشروع. سيقوم المرشح الناجح بإدارة فريق التصميم خلال جميع مراحل التسليم، مع ضمان تحقيق الأهداف بأمان وكفاءة ووفقاً لمتطلبات العميل ومعايير الجودة وأهداف العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة عملية التصميم الشاملة لتصميم مراكز البيانات، بدءاً من المفهوم ودراسة الجدوى وصولاً إلى التصميم التفصيلي والمناقصة والتنسيق الإنشائي.
- الإشراف على الفرق متعددة التخصصات وتنسيقها عبر الهندسة المعمارية والهيكلية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP) وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) والسلامة الحياتية والبنية التحتية والمرافق لضمان تسليم المشروع بشكل متماسك.
- العمل كجزء من فريق واجهة العميل، ودعم مدير المشروع في إدارة التواصل والتوقعات والنطاق والجدول الزمني والميزانية.
- الترويج لتميز التصميم والابتكار، وضمان التوافق مع معايير الجودة والرقمنة والاستدامة العالمية لشركة WSP.
- تعزيز دمج أدوات وتقنيات التصميم الرقمية (مثل BIM وRevit والتوأم الرقمي) لتعزيز التعاون والأداء.
- إدارة مخاطر المشروع وتغييرات التصميم، وضمان الموافقات والتوثيق في الوقت المناسب.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وأدائه مقابل الأهداف والتسليمات المتفق عليها.
- دعم تطوير الأعمال من خلال المساهمة في المقترحات والعروض التقديمية ومشاركة العملاء للفرص المستقبلية.
- تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد لأعضاء الفريق المبتدئين لتعزيز القدرات التقنية والتسليمية للمشروع.
- تسهيل تنسيق التصميم عبر الاستشاريين الفرعيين المعينين داخلياً وخارجياً وخبراء الموضوع.
- دعم التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة والجهات الرسمية والمقاولين والاستشاريين والأطراف الثالثة الأخرى.
- دعم عمليات ضمان التصميم والحوكمة الفنية.
- المساعدة في الحصول على الموافقات والتصاريح والاتفاقيات اللازمة مع أصحاب المصلحة عند الحاجة.
- مراجعة مخرجات المشروع لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة ومتطلبات المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الهندسة المعمارية أو إدارة المشاريع أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع / التصميم ضمن ممارسة تصميمية.
- سجل قوي في إدارة مشاريع مراكز البيانات المعقدة ومتعددة التخصصات عبر جميع مراحل التصميم.
- خبرة قوية في التعامل مع العملاء، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن بيئة استشارية أو هندسية أو تسليم مشاريع.
- فهم قوي للتنسيق متعدد التخصصات ومنهجيات تسليم المشاريع ومعايير الجهات الرسمية الإقليمية.
- إتقان استخدام BIM وأدوات التصميم الرقمية (Revit وNavisworks وغيرها).
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والقيادة والتواصل.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في العمل مع استشارية تصميم أو هندسة متعددة الجنسيات تركز على مراكز البيانات.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end design process for Data Centre design, from concept and feasibility to detailed design, tendering, and construction coordination.
- Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, structural, MEP, ICT, life safety, Infrastructure and utility disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Serve as part of client interface team, supporting the project manager in managing communication, expectations, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Champion design excellence and innovation, ensuring alignment with WSP’s global quality, digital, and sustainability standards.
- Promote the integration of digital design tools and technologies (e.g., BIM, Revit, digital twins) to enhance collaboration and performance.
- Manage project risks, design changes, and ensure timely approvals and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and performance against agreed objectives and deliverables.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client engagement for future opportunities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to strengthen technical and project delivery capabilities.
- Facilitate design coordination across internal and externally appointed subconsultants and subject matter experts.
- Support coordination with stakeholders, authorities, contractors, consultants, and other third parties
- Support design assurance and technical governance processes.
- Assist in securing necessary approvals, permits, and stakeholder agreements where required.
- Review project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project / design management experience within a design practice.
- Strong track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary Data Centre projects through all design stages.
- Strong client-facing experience, preferably within a consultancy, engineering, or project delivery environment.
- Solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination, project delivery methodologies, and regional authority standards.
- Proficiency in BIM and digital design tools (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Prior experience working with a data centre focused, multinational design or engineering consultancy is highly desirable.
