Job Summary

The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations across Zeoof Food's portfolio, including restaurants, catering, and central kitchen operations. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, inventory coordination, and ensuring the timely availability of food, beverages, and non-food supplies at competitive prices and required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Manage purchasing activities for food, beverages, and non-food supplies across all outlets and business units.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices, quality, and payment terms.
• Implement weekly consolidated ordering and efficient purchasing cycles across all brands.
• Monitor procurement costs, identify savings opportunities, and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Cost Control, and Warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, product quality, and compliance with food safety requirements.
• Establish procurement SOPs, approval workflows, and standardized purchasing procedures.
• Prepare reports on procurement expenditure, supplier performance, cost savings, and purchasing KPIs.
• Lead and develop the procurement team, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable Saudi regulations and relevant food safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement within the Food & Beverage, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage sourcing, supplier markets, and supply chain operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience managing procurement across multiple outlets or business units.
• Strong expertise in supplier negotiations, cost control, inventory management, and purchasing planning.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms, and inventory management tools.
• Knowledge of food safety requirements and supplier compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in beverage procurement and bar operations is an advantage.
