Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and energetic Food & Beverage Intern to join our team at SLS The Red Sea, where bold flavours, playful luxury and extraordinary dining experiences come together.

This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality students looking to kick-start their careers, gain hands-on experience in a luxury lifestyle resort and discover the art of creating unforgettable dining experiences with an unmistakable SLS flair.

Working alongside our talented Food & Beverage team, you'll gain valuable exposure to restaurant and bar operations, develop your service skills and discover what it takes to deliver exceptional hospitality in one of Saudi Arabia's most exciting luxury destinations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and the signature SLS personality, creating memorable dining experiences.
• Gain hands-on experience across restaurants, bars, in-room dining and other Food & Beverage outlets, depending on departmental requirements.
• Support daily service operations, including restaurant preparation, table settings, order taking and food and beverage service.
• Learn and embrace SLS brand standards while bringing your own personality and creativity to every guest interaction.
• Develop your knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages and service techniques to confidently assist guests.
• Assist the team in delivering seamless service, anticipating guest needs and creating extraordinary moments.
• Gain an understanding of restaurant operations, service sequences, hygiene standards and food safety practices.
• Collaborate with Culinary and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Actively participate in training, development and learning opportunities throughout your internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, guest relations & creating exceptional guest experiences.
• A positive attitude, natural curiosity & willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be an asset.
• A personality that reflects the bold, playful and extraordinary spirit of SLS.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail & a commitment to excellent service.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts in line with hotel operations.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
