Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities and develop production schedules in line with project requirements.
• Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery schedules.
• Review shop drawings, reinforcement details, embedded items, lifting points, openings, and dimensional requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, Maintenance, HSE, Logistics, and Project/Site teams.
• Lead and supervise production supervisors, foremen, technicians, operators, and workers.
• Monitor manpower productivity and optimize resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.
• Control material consumption, concrete and steel wastage, rework, and production costs.
• Oversee mold/formwork preparation, casting, vibration, curing, demolding, finishing, storage, and handling processes.
• Monitor product quality, resolve production issues, and implement corrective actions for defects and non-conformities.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for molds, cranes, batching plants, casting equipment, and other production machinery.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in precast concrete manufacturing, concrete production, or related activities.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of prestressed spun concrete poles, precast concrete manufacturing, and reinforced concrete.
• Good understanding of shop drawings, reinforcement detailing, molds/formwork, embedded items, concrete technology, costing, and QA/QC procedures.
• Proven experience managing production teams and factory operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower allocation, material control, and productivity improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced MS Excel is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/production management systems and Primavera P6/MS Project is an advantage.
