Systems and Technical Support Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Dome Arabia Environmental Consulting Company is inviting CVs from experienced Saudi nationals for the role of Systems and Technical Support Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role purpose

The role supports the databases, monitoring tools and performance dashboards used by operational teams. You will help maintain accurate system information, investigate technical problems and support the reliable use of the tools needed for monitoring and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for databases used to maintain operational and monitoring information.

• Support the day-to-day use of monitoring tools and investigate problems affecting their normal operation.

• Review reported technical issues and gather the information needed to understand the problem and identify appropriate corrective action.

• Troubleshoot system and tool issues, following them through to resolution or identifying where further technical attention is required.

• Update data and systems accurately, checking that changes are reflected correctly in the relevant records.

• Review updated information for consistency and investigate discrepancies that affect monitoring or reporting.

• Support performance dashboards by checking that the underlying information and displayed results remain aligned.

• Investigate missing, inconsistent or unexpected dashboard information and help identify the source of the issue.

• Work with operational users to understand technical difficulties and provide practical guidance on using the supported tools.

• Maintain clear records of technical issues, updates and actions taken so recurring problems can be understood and followed up.

Must-have qualifications and experience

• Saudi nationality.

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
