Community Engagement and Complaints Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Dome Arabia Environmental Consulting Company is inviting CVs from experienced Saudi nationals for the role of Community Engagement and Complaints Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role purpose

The role connects community reporting and awareness activities with operational follow-up. You will manage incoming reports and complaints, coordinate their referral and resolution, and maintain clear records of responses and closure. You will also support communication activities and measure engagement and response to help improve how the service interacts with the community.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the designated reporting and complaint channels and record incoming information in a clear and consistent manner.

• Review reports and complaints for sufficient detail, clarifying missing information where needed before referring the matter for action.

• Classify incoming reports and direct them to the appropriate teams for review, response and follow-up.

• Maintain current case records covering the issue raised, responsible team, actions taken, progress and closure information.

• Follow up with the relevant teams on open cases and outstanding actions, keeping the status of each report or complaint up to date.

• Coordinate community awareness and communication activities in line with the agreed operational messages and requirements.

• Prepare clear case updates and communication materials using accurate information from the responsible teams.

• Collect and review engagement and response information to assess participation, responsiveness and the results of communication activities.

• Identify recurring community concerns and unresolved matters, and highlight them for operational review and improvement.

• Maintain organised reporting, communication and closure records to support performance monitoring and follow-up.

Must-have qualifications and experience

• Saudi nationality.

• A bachelor's degree in Management, Communications or Public Relations.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
