Purpose:

To assist with the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business. Support the team in maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating shipping schedules, and contributing to marketing activities that aim to increase sales and enhance brand awareness. Assist with updating product information on social media and online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating with customers via email, phone, or social media to address their inquiries, issues, or concerns.
• Support the review of product listings on platforms such as Shaker E-Store and Amazon to ensure consistency with company policies.
• Assist in creating product descriptions and selecting images that help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Support the planning, scheduling, and promotion of sales events to help increase revenue.
• Assist in informing customers about new products and services offered by the company.
• Support the preparation of email campaigns to promote specific products or services to targeted customer groups.
• Assist in monitoring website analytics and identifying opportunities to improve the company's online presence.
• Support the updating and reviewing of product prices across various online sales channels, including e-commerce websites and mobile applications.
• Assist in monitoring product inventory levels and coordinating with relevant teams regarding stock availability.
• Support the coordination of shipping, delivery, and returns-related activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing campaigns and promotional content for online platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn about e-commerce operations, online marketplaces, and digital marketing.
