تسعى FAENA، في إطار توسعها في المملكة العربية السعودية، إلى توظيف فني مطبخ (Kitchen Technician) للانضمام إلى فريق الصيانة في منتجع FAENA البحر الأحمر. سيكون هذا الدور مسؤولاً عن صيانة وإصلاح جميع معدات المطبخ التجارية لضمان التشغيل الآمن والفعال، ودعم فرق الطهي والضيافة لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية لمعدات المطبخ التجارية لتقليل فترات التوقف.
- تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال في معدات الطهي والتبريد والغسيل وتحضير الطعام.
- صيانة الأفران والشوايات والمقالي والبخارات والأفران المدمجة ووحدات التبريد وصانعات الثلج ومعدات غسل الأطباق.
- فحص وصيانة أنظمة العادم في المطبخ والمراوح ومعدات ترشيح الدهون.
- استكشاف وحل المشكلات الكهربائية والميكانيكية والغازية والمرتبطة بالتبريد.
- المساعدة في تركيب واختبار وتشغيل معدات المطبخ الجديدة.
- الاستجابة الفورية لأعطال معدات المطبخ لتقليل الانقطاع عن العمليات.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين الخارجيين ومصنعي المعدات للإصلاحات المتخصصة عند الحاجة.
- مراقبة أنظمة الغاز وأجهزة السلامة ومعدات المطبخ لضمان التشغيل الآمن.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير HACCP والصحة والسلامة والسلامة من الحرائق ومعايير الهندسة الخاصة بالشركة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة وأوامر العمل وتاريخ المعدات باستخدام نظام CMMS.
- المساعدة في إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار ولوازم الصيانة.
- تنسيق أنشطة الصيانة مع رئيس الطهاة وفريق الطعام والشراب.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة.
- دعم عمليات الولائم والفعاليات الخاصة والمتطلبات التشغيلية الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة كفني مطبخ أو في دور هندسي مماثل داخل فندق أو منتجع أو بيئة مطبخ تجاري.
- معرفة قوية بمعدات المطبخ التجارية وأنظمة التبريد والغاز واستكشاف الأعطال الكهربائية.
- خبرة في برامج الصيانة الوقائية وأنظمة CMMS.
- فهم جيد للوائح HACCP وسلامة الأغذية والصحة والسلامة.
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية والأدلة ومواصفات المعدات.
- المرونة للعمل في الورديات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية حسب الحاجة.
- شهادة مهنية ذات صلة في الكهرباء أو الميكانيكا أو التبريد أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأعطال وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والاستجابة بفعالية تحت الضغط.

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a skilled and proactive Kitchen Technician to join our Engineering team. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing all commercial kitchen equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of the resort's culinary facilities. Working closely with the Engineering, Culinary, and Food & Beverage teams, the Kitchen Technician will play a key role in supporting operational excellence while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.

Job Description
FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a skilled and proactive Kitchen Technician to join our Engineering team. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing all commercial kitchen equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of the resort's culinary facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment to minimise downtime.
- Diagnose and repair faults on cooking, refrigeration, dishwashing, and food preparation equipment.
- Maintain ovens, grills, fryers, steamers, combi ovens, refrigeration units, ice machines, and warewashing equipment.
- Inspect and maintain kitchen exhaust systems, fans, and grease filtration equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration-related issues.
- Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new kitchen equipment.
- Respond promptly to kitchen equipment breakdowns to minimise disruption to operations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and equipment manufacturers for specialised repairs when required.
- Monitor gas systems, safety devices, and kitchen equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, health and safety, fire safety, and company engineering standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history using the CMMS system.
- Assist in managing spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage teams.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Support banquet operations, special events, and other operational requirements as needed.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Technician or similar Engineering role within a hotel, resort, or commercial kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, gas systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
- Good understanding of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively under pressure.
- Relevant trade certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
