شركة FAENA تعلن عن وظيفة Hygiene Officer في المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق التوسع في مشروع FAENA The Red Sea. المسؤول عن ضمان الامتثال لمعايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة في الموقع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع معايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة والصرف الصحي في جميع أنحاء المنشأة.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش ومراجعة دورية للنظافة في جميع مناطق إعداد وتقديم الطعام.
- مراقبة وصيانة إجراءات HACCP وأنظمة إدارة سلامة الغذاء.
- التنسيق لإجراء الفحوصات الميكروبيولوجية وفحوصات جودة المياه بشكل دوري حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء دورات تدريبية حول النظافة وسلامة الغذاء لأعضاء الفريق.
- التحقيق في الحوادث المتعلقة بالنظافة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات النظافة والتقارير والوثائق وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحية والسلامة المحلية وسياسات الشركة.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الطهي والخدمات الغذائية والمشروبات للحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة.
- دعم مبادرات النظافة ومراجعات وأنشطة الجاهزية التشغيلية قبل الافتتاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في سلامة الغذاء، إدارة الضيافة، الصحة البيئية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور Hygiene Officer أو سلامة الغذاء، ويفضل في قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة.
- شهادة HACCP مطلوبة.
- معرفة قوية بلوائح سلامة الغذاء ومعايير النظافة وممارسات الصرف الصحي.
- خبرة في إجراء مراجعات وتفتيش النظافة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتواصل ممتازة.
- إجادة استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الخطى وإدارة أولويات متعددة.
- إجادة ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية مطلوبة.
- خبرة سابقة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح (pre-opening) مفضلة.

Job Description
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across the property.
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits in all food preparation and service areas.
- Monitor and maintain HACCP procedures and food safety management systems.
- Coordinate routine microbiological and water quality testing as required.
- Conduct hygiene and food safety training sessions for team members.
- Investigate hygiene-related incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain hygiene records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with the Culinary, Stewarding, and Food & Beverage teams to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
- Support pre-opening hygiene initiatives, audits, and operational readiness activities.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Safety, Hospitality Management, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Hygiene Officer or Food Safety role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
- HACCP certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and sanitation practices.
- Experience in conducting hygiene audits and inspections.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are required.
- Previous pre-opening experience is preferred.
