Faena تبحث عن Engineering Manager للإشراف على العمليات الفنية في مشروع وادي الصفر في الرياض الدرعية، لضمان أعلى معايير الفخامة والتشغيل في بيئة ثقافية فنية فاخرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على التشغيل اليومي لجميع أنظمة الهندسة في الفندق، وضمان أداء لا تشوبه شائبة لأنظمة MEP وإدارة المباني والمعدات التقنية.
- تنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لحماية الممتلكات وتقليل وقت التوقف والحفاظ على معايير الفخامة.
- الاستجابة للتحديات التقنية بدقة وحكمة، مع تقليل التأثير على تجربة الضيوف.
- دعم مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح من خلال الإشراف على تشغيل واختبار وتسليم جميع أنظمة الفندق.
- التعاون مع المقاولين والموردين وفِرق المشروع لضمان الجاهزية والثقة التشغيلية.
- المساهمة في إنشاء إجراءات التشغيل القياسية والجداول الزمنية والبروتوكولات الداخلية التي تدمج معايير Faena التقنية والثقافية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السعودية ومعايير السلامة من الحرائق والسلامة الحياتية والمتطلبات البيئية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش وتدقيق وتمارين استعداد للطوارئ بانتظام.
- الحفاظ على وثائق فنية دقيقة وسجلات الخدمة وسجلات الامتثال.
- تحديد فرص تحسين كفاءة الطاقة والمياه والموارد دون المساس بخدمة الفخامة.
- قيادة وتدريب وإلهام فريق الهندسة، وتعزيز الشعور بالفخر والمساءلة وثقافة التميز.
- التعاون مع العمليات لتوقع الاحتياجات ومواءمة الأولويات وضمان رضا الضيوف.
- دعم التوظيف والتدريب والتطوير المستمر لأعضاء الفريق، بما في ذلك المواطنين السعوديين.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع مدير الهندسة لإدارة الميزانيات والنفقات الرأسمالية وعقود الموردين.
- التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لمواءمة العمليات التقنية مع تجارب الضيوف وسرد العلامة التجارية.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء ودفع التحسين المستمر للحفاظ على معيار Faena الفني في كل تفصيل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية في الهندسة في مجال الضيافة الفاخرة أو فائقة الفخامة.
- مهارة في أنظمة MEP والسلامة الحياتية والصيانة الوقائية وعمليات الفنادق.
- خبرة في مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح أمر مرغوب بشدة.
- قائد قوي يتمتع بمهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتنظيم والتواصل.
- معرفة باللوائح السعودية ومعايير السلامة والعمل.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة قوية.

The Role
As Engineering Manager, you will be the operational heart of Faena’s technical world-ensuring that every system, space, and installation performs flawlessly. Supporting pre-opening and ongoing operations, you will lead the engineering team in safeguarding Faena’s ultra-luxury standards while delivering seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Create
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the daily operation of all hotel engineering systems, ensuring flawless performance of MEP, building management, and technical equipment.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs that protect the property, reduce downtime, and maintain luxury standards.
- Respond to technical challenges with precision and discretion, minimizing any guest impact.
- Support commissioning, testing, and handover of all hotel systems prior to opening.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure readiness and operational confidence.
- Contribute to the creation of SOPs, schedules, and departmental protocols that embed Faena’s technical standards and culture.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi regulations, fire and life safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness exercises.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, service logs, and compliance records.
- Identify opportunities to optimize energy, water, and resource efficiency without compromising luxury service.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the engineering team, fostering pride, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
- Partner with operations to anticipate needs, align priorities, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members, including Saudi nationals.
- Work closely with the Director of Engineering to manage budgets, CAPEX, and vendor contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments to align technical operations with guest experiences and brand storytelling.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement to maintain Faena’s standard of artistry in every detail.
Who You Are
- An experienced engineering professional with a background in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality.
- Skilled in MEP systems, life safety, preventive maintenance, and hotel operations.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leader with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about Saudi regulations, safety, and labor compliance.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
