انضم إلى فندق FAENA في البحر الأحمر بالمملكة العربية السعودية كـ Housekeeping Runner (سعودي الجنسية) - دور محوري يدعم عمليات التدبير المنزلي اليومية من خلال توزيع اللوازم والبياضات والمعدات بكفاءة في جميع أنحاء المنتجع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توصيل البياضات والمناشف والمستلزمات ولوازم التدبير المنزلي إلى طوابق الضيوف والمناطق التشغيلية.
- إعادة تزويد مخازن التدبير المنزلي وغرف التخزين ومناطق الخدمة خلال المناوبة.
- المساعدة في نقل وتوزيع البياضات النظيفة في جميع أنحاء المنتجع.
- جمع البياضات المتسخة والنفايات من المناطق المخصصة.
- دعم عمال الغرف وعمال المناطق العامة في الطلبات التشغيلية.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم المخازن والممرات وغرف التخزين والمناطق الخلفية.
- المساعدة في مشاريع التنظيف العميق والمبادرات الخاصة للتدبير المنزلي.
- دعم تجهيز غرف الضيوف وعمليات الخدمة المسائية (turndown) حسب الحاجة.
- الاستجابة الفورية لطلبات التدبير المنزلي وطلبات الضيوف.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون والإبلاغ عن النقص للمشرفين.
- المساعدة في تتبع وتنظيم مخزون البياضات ومستلزمات التدبير المنزلي.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن مشكلات الصيانة والمعدات التالفة والمخاوف المتعلقة بالسلامة.
- ضمان تخزين معدات ولوازم التدبير المنزلي بشكل آمن وصحيح.
- اتباع معايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة في جميع الأوقات.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني مع أقسام التدبير المنزلي والغسيل والهندسة والإدارات الأخرى لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في التدبير المنزلي أو الضيافة أو خدمة العملاء أو دور مشابه.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت جيدة.
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي والتواصل.
- يفضل الفهم الأساسي لعمليات التدبير المنزلي.
- القدرة الجسدية على رفع وحمل ونقل المستلزمات طوال المناوبة.

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking an energetic and dependable Housekeeping Runner (Saudi National) to join our Housekeeping team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operation of the department by ensuring housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and equipment are delivered efficiently throughout the resort. Working closely with Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Laundry, and other operational teams, the Housekeeping Runner helps maintain the exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and service that define the FAENA experience.

Job Description
FAENA The Red Sea is seeking an energetic and dependable Housekeeping Runner (Saudi National) to join our Housekeeping team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operation of the department by ensuring housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and equipment are delivered efficiently throughout the resort. Working closely with Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Laundry, and other operational teams, the Housekeeping Runner helps maintain the exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and service that define the FAENA experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver linen, towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies to guest floors and operational areas.
- Restock housekeeping pantries, storage rooms, and service areas throughout the shift.
- Assist with the movement and distribution of clean linen across the resort.
- Collect soiled linen and waste from designated areas.
- Support Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants with operational requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of pantries, corridors, storage rooms, and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with deep-cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
- Support guest room preparation and turndown operations as required.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping and guest requests.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
- Assist in tracking and organising linen and housekeeping inventories.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure housekeeping equipment and supplies are stored safely and correctly.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Laundry, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Housekeeping, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of housekeeping operations is advantageous.
- Physically able to lift, carry, and move supplies throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support operational needs.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
