تعلن شركة FAENA عن توفر وظيفة منسق الهندسة (Engineering Coordinator) للسعوديين في الرياض (الدرعية).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق الأنشطة الهندسية اليومية وجداول الصيانة الوقائية والطلبات الفنية لضمان دقة وموثوقية الأنظمة.
- دعم مشاريع ما قبل الافتتاح من خلال متابعة الجداول الزمنية والتواصل مع المقاولين ومراقبة تركيب الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة.
- العمل كحلقة تواصل مركزية بين أقسام الهندسة والعمليات والمشتريات والإدارات الأخرى لضمان التوافق والمساءلة.
- الحفاظ على السجلات والتوثيق والتقارير بعناية فائقة لتحويل الامتثال والسجلات والقوائم إلى أدوات موثوقة.
- تطوير المعرفة التقنية والفهم التشغيلي والحضور القيادي لدعم نمو الكوادر السعودية في قسم الهندسة.
- ضمان أن التميز التقني يدعم تجربة الضيوف والإيقاع التشغيلي ومعايير السلامة دون أن يطغى على الجانب الفني والدفء والبعد الإنساني للفندق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- خبرة في تنسيق الهندسة أو إدارة المرافق أو العمليات التقنية، ويفضل في قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة أو المشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات.
- تنظيم عالٍ ودقة وتوجه نحو العمليات مع مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وتعدد المهام.
- القدرة على التعاون مع العديد من أصحاب المصلحة وموازنة المتطلبات التشغيلية مع الوضوح التقني.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

As Engineering Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of Faena Wadi Safar’s technical operations-ensuring that systems, infrastructure, and spaces function seamlessly while supporting the property’s aesthetic, safety, and operational ambitions.

Job Description
The Role
As Engineering Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of Faena Wadi Safar’s technical operations-ensuring that systems, infrastructure, and spaces function seamlessly while supporting the property’s aesthetic, safety, and operational ambitions.
You will work closely with the Director and Manager of Engineering to coordinate projects, track progress, and maintain operational rhythm-transforming technical complexity into clarity and efficiency.
What You Will Create
Operational Harmony
- Coordinate daily engineering activities, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical requests-ensuring that every system hums with precision and reliability.
- Support pre-opening projects by tracking timelines, liaising with contractors, and monitoring installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems-helping the opening unfold with confidence and grace.
- Serve as the central point of communication between Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and other departments-ensuring alignment, accountability, and clarity.
- Maintain records, documentation, and reporting with meticulous care-turning compliance, logs, and checklists into trusted tools rather than burdens.
- Develop technical knowledge, operational understanding, and leadership presence-supporting the growth of Saudi National talent within the engineering division.
- Ensure that technical excellence supports Faena’s guest experience, operational rhythm, and safety standards without ever overshadowing the artistry, warmth, or human dimension of the hotel.
Who You Are
- A Saudi National with experience in engineering coordination, facilities, or technical operations-ideally within luxury hospitality or large-scale mixed-use developments.
- Highly organized, precise, and process-oriented, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple stakeholders, balancing operational demands with technical clarity.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about operational excellence and committed to delivering reliability, safety, and quality with discretion and care.
