تعلن LUMA Energy عن وظيفة Specialist, Operational Performance Intelligence في تبوك، نيوم، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تحليل العمليات والأنظمة والبيانات التشغيلية لتحديد فرص التحسين التي تدعم المبادرات الإدارية. التنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لجمع المتطلبات وتقييم مؤشرات الأداء، والمساهمة في تحسين الأنظمة وسير العمل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقييم العمليات والأنظمة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لتحديد الاتجاهات والفجوات وفرص التحسين التي تدعم التميز التشغيلي.
  • تحليل البيانات التشغيلية باستخدام الأدوات والتقنيات المعتمدة، والبحث في اتجاهات الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات لتوليد رؤى تدعم اتخاذ القرار والتحسينات المستقبلية.
  • التوصية بتحسينات مستهدفة للعمليات والممارسات لزيادة الكفاءة وتعزيز الأداء العام ودمج التقنيات الناشئة عند الاقتضاء.
  • التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لجمع وتوثيق المتطلبات التشغيلية، وضمان التوافق مع الأهداف المحددة وتسهيل التواصل المنظم.
  • إعداد وتنسيق ورش العمل والاجتماعات والعروض التقديمية لجمع المتطلبات وإدارة التوقعات وإيصال النتائج والأدوات وتحديثات العمليات بفعالية.
  • دعم تطوير وتعزيز وتنفيذ أنظمة التتبع وإعداد التقارير والأتمتة، مع الحفاظ على الكفاءة في أدوات الإدارة التشغيلية مثل Storms وOMS وDispatcher.
  • دعم تنفيذ المشاريع من خلال المساعدة في تحديد النطاق والأهداف والتسليمات والجداول الزمنية، والتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل تقنية المعلومات والعمليات والمالية لضمان تحقيق النتائج.
  • اتباع سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير الشركة المعمول بها لضمان الامتثال الكامل للقوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة.
  • المشاركة في مهام استعادة الخدمات بعد العواصف والتدريبات المحددة للمساهمة في استعادة الخدمات الآمنة والموثوقة.
  • أداء مهام إضافية تتوافق مع مسؤوليات الدور ومؤهلاته لدعم أهداف الفريق والمرونة التشغيلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مسؤوليات دور وظيفي مماثل، والعمل مع جمع البيانات وتحليلها وتفسيرها.
  • خبرة في العمل مع المستندات والسياسات وإنشاء إجراءات التشغيل القياسية وتنفيذها.
  • خبرة في قيادة المشاريع أو التعاون فيها.
  • خبرة كخبير في المجال ومورد للأصول لتقديم الدعم للعملاء الداخليين/الخارجيين.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في قطاع المرافق أو البناء أو القطاع العام.
  • معرفة اللوائح الخاصة بالصناعة ومتطلبات الامتثال والاتجاهات الناشئة المتعلقة بتحليل الأعمال تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • يجوز أن تحل الخبرة الإضافية محل التعليم المطلوب عند توافقها مع الكفاءات والمعرفة اللازمة للدور: درجة الزمالة في إدارة الأعمال أو علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة قد تحل محل التعليم عند توفر 8 سنوات خبرة كحد أدنى في أداء وظائف مماثلة و3 سنوات خبرة كحد أدنى في دور أخصائي سابق. شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها قد تحل محل التعليم عند توفر 10 سنوات خبرة كحد أدنى في أداء الوظائف المذكورة و5 سنوات خبرة كحد أدنى في دور أخصائي سابق.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
  • السفر بنسبة 10% من وقت العمل.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات: القدرة على جمع البيانات المعقدة وتفسيرها وتحليلها باستخدام SQL وExcel وأدوات BI، مع تطبيق التفكير الاستراتيجي لتشخيص المشكلات وتقديم حلول عملية.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على التكيف: الحفاظ على الدقة مع تحديد أولويات المهام، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية في بيئات العمل السريعة، والتكيف مع الأولويات المتغيرة بأقل إشراف.
  • الكفاءة التقنية: خبير في مجموعة Microsoft Office بما في ذلك Word وPowerPoint وExcel وVisio وPower Apps وPower BI.
  • الوعي متعدد التخصصات: الفهم السريع لمتطلبات المشروع وتأثيراتها من الإدارات الأخرى في LUMA وتكييف العمل وفقاً لذلك.

Coordinates with cross functional teams to gather requirements and assess performance metrics, contributing to enhancements that strengthen operational systems and workflow.

Job Description

  • Evaluates operational processes, systems, KPIs, and metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement that support operational excellence.
  • Analyzes operational data using established tools and techniques, and research industry trends and best practices to generate insights that inform decision‑making and future enhancements.
  • Recommends targeted improvements to processes and practices to increase efficiency, strengthen overall performance, and integrate emerging technologies where applicable.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to gather and document operational requirements, ensuring alignment with established goals and facilitating clear, structured communication.
  • Drafts and coordinates workshops, meetings, and presentations to capture requirements, manage expectations, and communicate results, tools, and process updates effectively.
  • Supports the development, enhancement, and implementation of tracking, reporting, and automation systems while maintaining proficiency in operational management tools such as Storms, OMS, and Dispatcher.
  • Supports project execution by helping define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines and collaborates with cross‑functional teams -including IT, operations, and finance- to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
  • Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.

Additional Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5 years' experience with functional role responsibilities, and working with data collection, analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience working with documents, policies, SOP creation and implementation.
  • Experience leading or collaborating with projects.
  • Experience as matter-expert and asset resource to provide support to internal/external clients.
  • Prior utility, construction, or public sector experience desired.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging trends related to business analysis is a plus.

Additional experience may substitute for required education when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 3 years of experience performing a previous Specialist role.
  • High School or equivalent (GED) when accompanied by a minimum of 10 years of experience performing similar functions described and at least 5 years of experience performing a previous Specialist role.
