نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث WSP عن مدير مشروع ذي خبرة لقيادة تسليم مشروع إشراف إنشائي كبير في موقع ناءٍ. هذا دور قيادي عليا ضمن قسم الممتلكات والمباني، مسؤول عن الإشراف على تنفيذ المشروع في الموقع وضمان التسليم وفقاً لأهداف العميل والبرنامج والميزانية ومعايير الجودة. سيعمل مدير المشروع كمستشار موثوق للعميل في الموقع، ويوفر الإشراف الاستراتيجي والقيادة خلال مراحل البناء والتسليم. يتطلب الدور خبرة واسعة في إدارة مشاريع كبيرة ومعقدة في مواقع نائية أو صعبة، مع مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم القيادة والتوجيه الشاملين لتسليم المشروع في الموقع، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف العميل والجدول الزمني والميزانية ومتطلبات الجودة.
- العمل كنقطة مسؤولية أساسية لتنفيذ المشروع وأدائه ونتائج التسليم في الموقع.
- قيادة مرحلة الإشراف على البناء، وضمان التنسيق الفعال بين المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- الإشراف على جميع عمليات الموقع، وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للتصاميم والمواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة.
- إدارة وحل مشكلات الواجهات بين التخصصات، وضمان التسليم المتكامل بالكامل.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع، وتحديد المخاطر، وتنفيذ خطط التخفيف والتعافي عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على الإشراف على تكاليف المشروع والتغيرات وعمليات التحكم في التغيير.
- ضمان الالتزام ببرنامج المشروع، بما في ذلك مراقبة الجدول الزمني وإعداد التقارير.
- العمل كواجهة العميل العليا في الموقع، وتقديم تقارير واضحة ودقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- التواصل مع السلطات المحلية وأصحاب المصلحة والأطراف الثالثة حسب الحاجة لدعم تسليم المشروع.
- قيادة المناقشات التجارية والمفاوضات وحل القضايا على المستوى العليا.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح المحلية والكودات ومتطلبات السلطات.
- الترويج لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة والبيئة عبر جميع أنشطة الموقع.
- قيادة وتوجيه وإدارة فريق المشروع في الموقع، وتعزيز ثقافة الأداء العالي والتعاون.
- الإشراف على تخطيط الموارد وأداء الفريق وتخطيط الخلافة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في تسليم مشاريع إنشائية كبيرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في دور مدير مشروع أو قيادة عليا لتسليم مشاريع الإشراف الإنشائي.
- خلفية قوية في الإشراف على البناء، خاصة في المواقع النائية أو الصعبة.
- خبرة موثقة في إدارة مشاريع معقدة ومتعددة التخصصات من البناء حتى التسليم.
- خبرة واسعة في العمل على مشاريع عالية القيمة أو بارزة.
- خبرة قوية في الجوانب التجارية والتعاقدية وإدارة البرامج.
- مهارات قيادية واتصالية ممتازة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بفعالية في بيئات الموقع النائية.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط الأوسع.

Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for site-based project delivery, ensuring alignment with Client objectives, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for project execution, performance, and delivery outcomes on site.
- Lead the construction supervision phase, ensuring effective coordination between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and standards.
- Manage and resolve interface issues across disciplines, ensuring fully coordinated delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation and recovery plans where required.
- Maintain oversight of project costs, variations, and change control processes.
- Ensure adherence to project programme, including schedule monitoring and reporting.
- Act as the senior client interface on site, providing clear, timely, and accurate reporting.
- Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and third parties as required to support project delivery.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and issue resolution at senior level.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements.
- Champion health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all site activities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the project team on site, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Oversee resource planning, team performance, and succession planning throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 20 years of experience in delivering large-scale construction projects
- Proven experience in a Project Director or senior leadership role delivering construction supervision projects
- Strong background in construction supervision, particularly on remote or challenging sites
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from construction through to handover
- Extensive experience working on high-value or landmark developments
- Strong commercial, contractual, and programme management expertise
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in remote site environments
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East is highly preferred
