تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة فني قلب وأوعية دموية (Cardiovascular Technician) في مدينة تبوك، نيوم، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تقديم دعم حيوي في تشخيص وعلاج أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية عبر إجراء وإدارة مختلف الإجراءات التشخيصية والعلاجية. تشمل المهام تحضير المرضى، تشغيل أجهزة التشخيص المتقدمة، إجراء اختبارات غير جراحية، والمساعدة في الإجراءات التداخلية لتقييم ومراقبة صحة القلب والأوعية. يلعب هذا الدور دورًا حاسمًا في ضمان دقة التشخيص، صيانة المعدات، ودعم الأطباء لتحسين نتائج المرضى في رعاية القلب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحضير المرضى وتجميع وتشغيل معدات ديناميكا الدم والكهربية (hemodynamic and electrophysiological equipment) أثناء الإجراءات التداخلية والتشخيصية تحت الإشراف المباشر للطبيب.
- مساعدة الأطباء في إجراء الإجراءات التداخلية وتطبيق تقنيات التصوير الشعاعي/الفلوروسكوبي لتحديد موقع القسطرة وتوثيق النتائج.
- الحفاظ على مخزون كافٍ من المواد والمستلزمات وبيئة عمل نظيفة.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فريق مختبر القسطرة (Cath Lab) لتعزيز التعافي وتحسين نتائج المرضى وجودة الرعاية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الموظفين، التدريب الداخلي، التعليم المستمر، ومشاريع تحسين الجودة.
- تجهيز المختبر والمعدات اللازمة لإجراءات قسطرة القلب اليمنى واليسرى، تصوير الشرايين التشخيصي والتداخلي، رأب الصمام بالبالون، دراسات الفيزيولوجيا الكهربية، عمليات الاستئصال، زراعة أجهزة تنظيم ضربات القلب، وغيرها من الإجراءات الخاصة.
- تحضير المرضى للإجراءات من خلال شرح العملية وضمان راحتهم.
- مراقبة المرضى لأي ردود فعل سلبية أثناء أو بعد الإجراءات.
- ضمان الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات ولوائح السلامة في استخدام معدات تشخيص القلب.
- صيانة وتشغيل معدات تشخيص القلب والأوعية الدموية.
- المواكبة المستمرة لأحدث تقنيات تشخيص القلب وطرق العلاج.
- تتبع بيانات المرضى، تفسير نتائج الاختبارات، وإبلاغ الأطباء بالنتائج.
- مساعدة رئيس القسم في إعداد خطة المعدات السنوية، الميزانية، والمشتريات.
- توجيه أنشطة التوريد المتعلقة بالطلب، الاستلام، الرفض، التحقق، وتحديث المواد المستخدمة بالوحدة.
- اختبار جميع المعدات المستخدمة في الإجراءات وضمان المعايرة الدقيقة، الأداء، جودة الصورة، وضمان الجودة.
- تشغيل معدات الفلوروسكوبي، تصوير الشرايين السينمائي، وحقن التباين على طاولة المريض، بالإضافة إلى تشغيل مضخة البالون داخل الأبهر، حاسب النتاج القلبي، مولدات النبضات، وغيرها من المعدات تحت توجيه الطبيب.
- أداء الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR) عند الضرورة تحت توجيه الطبيب.
- حفظ سجلات البيانات والصور في شكل حاسوبي وورقي، أرشفة الأقراص المدمجة، وقراءات EPS الورقية للمراجعة وتسجيل التقارير.
- المساعدة في تخزين واسترجاع جميع البيانات ومساعدة الأطباء في الدراسات البحثية واختبار المعدات والمنتجات الجديدة.
- مساعدة أعضاء الفريق الآخرين في نقل المرضى وإدارة المخزون حسب الحاجة.
- مراجعة عقود صيانة المعدات للتأكد من ملاءمتها وجدول الفحوصات الدورية.
- استكشاف وإصلاح الأعطال البسيطة للمعدات وإجراء اختبارات الوظائف الدورية وفحوصات مراقبة الجودة.
- تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المناسبة لتحقيق أهداف المستشفى في السعي لمعايير الرعاية وتحسين الجودة/الأداء.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية إن أمكن.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- أداء جميع الواجبات والمهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
- المساهمة بنشاط في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والبحث الاستباقي عن أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية.
- الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
- الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريب التوعوي والمبادرات لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
- الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لرعاية فقيه.
- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كأخصائي تداخل القلب والأوعية الدموية (Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist).
- درجة Associate’s أو Bachelor’s في تكنولوجيا القلب والأوعية الدموية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل).
- رخصة مزاولة المهنة من الجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية مثل (SCFHS / DHA).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field
Language: English & Arabic Preferable Licenses / Certifications: License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA)

This role involves preparing patients, operating advanced diagnostic equipment, conducting non-invasive tests, and assisting in invasive procedures to assess and monitor heart and vascular health. Play a crucial role in ensuring accurate diagnostics, maintaining equipment, and supporting physicians to enhance patient outcomes in cardiovascular care.
- Under direct supervision of the physician, prepares patients, assembles and operates hemodynamic and operates hemodynamic and electrophysiological equipment during interventional and diagnostic procedures.
- Assists physicians in performing invasive procedures. Performs related radiographic/fluoroscopic imaging techniques to demonstrate catheter location, position and document findings.
- Maintains adequate inventory of stocks, supplies and clean work environment.
- Works collaboratively with the Cath Lab team to promote wellness and optimize patient outcomes and quality care.
- Participating in staff meetings, in-service, continuing education & quality improvement projects.
- Setups and prepares the lab and necessary equipment & supplies for left and right heart catheterizations, diagnostic coronary & peripheral angiography, coronary & peripheral interventions, balloon valvuloplasty, EPS, ablations, pacemaker implantations, drug studies and other special procedures.
- Preparing patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring they are comfortable.
- Observing patients for any adverse reactions during or after procedures.
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures and regulations in the use of cardiovascular diagnostic Equipment.
- Maintains and operates cardiovascular diagnostic equipment.
- Stays updated on the latest cardiovascular diagnostic technology and treatment methods.
- Keeps tracking of patient data, interpret test results and report findings to physicians.
- Assisting the Head of Department in preparation of annual equipment plan, budget & procurement.
- Directing supply activities relative to ordering, receiving, rejecting, verifying, updating items used by unit to check the adequacy of laboratory supplies & purchasing.
- Tests all equipment used for procedures. Ensures accurate calibration, functioning or image quality & quality assurance.
- Operates fluoroscopic, cineangiography, contrast injection equipment on patient table. In addition, operates intra-aortic balloon pump, Cardiac Output Computer, pulse generators or any other necessary equipment under the direction of the physician.
- Performs CPR when necessary, under the direction of physician.
- Maintains data and images records in both computer and hard copy forms, CD archiving, hard copy EPS readouts for reviewing and records & generates reports.
- Assists in the storage and retrieval of ala data and assists the physicians in research studies and testing of new equipment and products.
- Assists other staff members in the transport of patients and inventory management as required.
- Reviews equipment maintenance contracts for appropriateness and schedule of maintenance checks.
- Trouble shoots and repairs minor equipment problems. Performs periodical function tests and quality control checks of the equipment.
- Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital's goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality/ Performance Improvement.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Performs any other duties within the scope of the job.
