تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية (السعودية) عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي طوارئ (Emergency Specialist)، حيث سيقوم المتقدم بتقييم وإدارة المرضى في قسم الطوارئ وفق منهج قائم على الأدلة ووفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء المهام السريرية حسب الصلاحيات السريرية الممنوحة.
- تقييم المرضى بدقة وفقاً لسياسات فقيه وتوثيق التقييم في السجل الطبي الإلكتروني (EMR).
- وضع خطة رعاية باستخدام منهج قائم على الأدلة وتوثيقها في السجل الطبي الإلكتروني وفقاً للسياسات.
- ضمان تنفيذ خطة رعاية المريض الموضوعة في الوقت المناسب.
- يكون الطبيب المسؤول الأول (MRP) عن مرضى الطوارئ المسجلين باسمه حتى صدور أمر إدخال تحت طبيب معالج جديد أو مختلف.
- إحالة الاستشارات الطبية للتخصصات الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
- توثيق التدخلات الطبية التي يجريها على المرضى في الوقت المناسب ووفقاً للسياسات.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم وإشراكهم في خطة الرعاية، وتوثيق التثقيف في السجل الطبي الإلكتروني.
- الاستجابة للمكالمات داخل مرفق الرعاية الصحية حسب جدول المناوبات.
- حضور اجتماعات القسم والمساهمة بأفكار لتحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية ورضا المرضى.
- كتابة التقارير الطبية للمرضى وفقاً للسياسات.
- المساهمة في الأنشطة التعليمية حسب طلب رئيس القسم الطبي.
- عند العمل كقائد فريق الطوارئ: ضمان اتباع البروتوكولات والإجراءات، والتواصل مع رئيس القسم بشأن الأمور العاجلة، وتشجيع العمل الجماعي، وإدارة تدفق المرضى وتسريع أوقات تحاليل الأشعة والمختبر، وقبول وتحويل المكالمات الواردة بالتنسيق مع مدراء المناوبة.
- أداء مهام أخرى ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
- جميع موظفي فقيه مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك دعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، والحفاظ على السرية، والامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل انتهائه بشهر على الأقل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
- مهارات استخدام الحاسب الآلي (Microsoft Office).
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في ظروف ضغط عالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إكمال خبرة وفقاً لمتطلبات الهيئة الصحية الإقليمية (كما هو مذكور في المؤهل) في مجال التخصص داخل مراكز طبية معترف بها.
- إكمال تدريب منظم في مجال التخصص أو التخصص الفرعي في مركز طبي معترف به والحصول على أعلى درجة سريرية في هذا التخصص يمكن منحها من تلك المراكز.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة، ويفضل معرفة اللغة العربية.
- رخصة مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، بالإضافة إلى شهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS) وشهادة متقدمة إن وجدت.

Job Purpose:

and procedures.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Skills and Abilities:
Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.
Education
Completion of structured training in the field of specialty or subspecialty in a recognized medical center and obtaining the highest clinical degree in that field of specialty that can be granted by that medical centers.
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
Job Purpose:

and procedures.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Performs clinical duties as per his/her assigned clinical privileges.
- Assesses his/her patients thoroughly as per Fakeeh Care policies and documents patients' assessment in patients' EMR.
- Develops plan of care using evidence-based approach and following standards of care, and documents the plan of care in EMR according to Fakeeh Care policies.
- Ensures that patients’ plan of care that is put by him/her is being implemented in a timely manner.
- Becomes the most responsible physician (MRP) for ER patient registered under his/ her name until the patient receives an admission order under a new or different attending physician.
- Places medical consultation referrals as indicated to other disciplines.
- Documents in a timely manner and as per Fakeeh Care policies medical interventions that he/she performs on patients.
- Conducts education to patients and their families and engages them in the plan of care. Documents given education in patients’ EMR.
- Attends to Fakeeh Health Care facility duties and responds to calls from the facility as per departmental / section call schedule.
- Attends departmental and general staff meetings and contributes ideas for improving efficiency, productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Responsible for writing medical reports of his / her patients, and as per Fakeeh Care policies.
- Contributes to teaching activities as requested by chairperson of medical department.
- When acting as ER team leader: During his/her shift must ensure the following:
- Liaises with ED Chairperson regarding any urgent matters.
- Make sure that all staff (during his / her duties) are following the protocols and procedures.
- Follow escalation Process during any clinical / administrative conflicts.
- Encourage teamwork environment between the staff, and other patients care providers.
- Make sure the smoothness of day-to-day operation in the department.
- Accepts / Answers all incoming transfer calls and arranges for appropriate placement in coordination with duty managers.
- Maintains consistent patient flow and assists with the timely disposition of pending admissions.
- Accelerate all Radiology and Lab. Turnaround times in main ED and Fast Track.
- Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
- Microsoft computer skills.
- Should have good organization skills and able to work in highly stress situations.
