تقدم شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية وظيفة IT Analyst في مدينتي مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل وتفسير مجموعات البيانات المعقدة لتوفير رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- تطوير التقارير ولوحات المعلومات والتصورات البيانية.
- ضمان جودة البيانات ودقتها في جميع التحليلات.
- التعاون مع الأطراف المعنية لفهم متطلبات البيانات.
- تنفيذ أفضل ممارسات حوكمة البيانات في عمليات التحليل.
- إيصال النتائج والتوصيات إلى الأطراف المعنية.
- إجراء تحليل إحصائي متقدم ونمذجة.
- المشاركة في عمليات تدقيق حوكمة البيانات وأنشطة الامتثال.
- تطوير خطط تنفيذ الأنظمة الجديدة والتطبيقات والنصوص البرمجية المخصصة وإجراءات الاختبار لضمان الموثوقية التشغيلية.
- مراقبة أداء وتوفر الأنظمة والشبكات بشكل مستمر لضمان التشغيل الفعال.
- التخطيط والاختبار وتنفيذ ترقيات أنظمة المعلومات.
- دمج تطبيقات البرامج الجديدة في الأنظمة الحالية.
- ضمان دمج التطبيقات الجديدة ونشرها بكفاءة عبر المؤسسة.
- الحفاظ على توثيق تقني محدث ومنظم وسهل الوصول للمستقبل.
- تطوير إجراءات النسخ الاحتياطي والتعافي من الكوارث لحماية البيانات والأنظمة.
- تطوير إجراءات الحفاظ على الأمان وحماية الأنظمة من الوصول غير المصرح به والكوارث الطبيعية وإساءة الاستخدام.
- تطوير أدوات وإجراءات ودورات تدريبية لأقسام العمليات ودعم العملاء وتطوير الأنظمة لمساعدتهم في عملهم.
- توجيه أعضاء الفريق وتثقيف المستخدمين حول أفضل ممارسات إدارة الأنظمة.
- متابعة التقنيات الجديدة وأفضل الممارسات في إدارة الأنظمة لضمان التحسين المستمر.
- مهام أخرى تُكلف بها في نطاق الوظيفة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بإدارة الأنظمة لأنظمة التشغيل المعقدة.
- إتقان تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة الأنظمة الحيوية للمهام.
- خبرة في مراقبة أداء النظام وتوافره.
- القدرة على تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات النسخ الاحتياطي والتعافي من الكوارث.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات لمواجهة التحديات التقنية المعقدة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التوثيق والتنظيم للحفاظ على السجلات التقنية.
- مهارات القيادة والتوجيه لتوجيه أعضاء الفريق وتثقيف المستخدمين.
- معرفة التقنيات الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات في إدارة الأنظمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة: سنتان أو أكثر في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو تحليل البيانات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- تعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو في مجال ذي صلة.
- لغة: إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة، ويُفضل اللغة العربية.
- الشهادات المفضلة: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)، Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate، Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)، Google Business Intelligence Professional، Google Data Analytics Professional، Project Management Professional (PMP)، IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or in a related field.
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications: Preferred certifications:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in all analyses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Implement data governance best practices in analysis processes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling.
- Participate in data governance audits and compliance activities.
- Develop new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.
- Continuously monitor the performance and availability of systems and networks to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Plan, test, and implement upgrades for information systems.
- Integrate new software applications into existing systems.
- Ensure new applications are integrated and deployed efficiently across the business.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, ensuring it is organized and accessible for future reference.
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data and systems.
- Develop procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, natural disasters, and user abuse.
- Develop tools, procedures, and training sessions for Operations, Client Support, and Systems Development staff to assist with their work.
- Mentor team members and educate users on system administration best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in system administration to ensure continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
