تسعى WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى تعيين Senior Planner للانضمام إلى مشروع إنشاء طرق وكباري كبير في الرياض. سيقود المرشح أنشطة التخطيط والجدولة، ويتعاون مع فرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة لوضع خطط شاملة ومراقبة التقدم وضمان تحقيق الأهداف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير خطط المشروع، بما في ذلك تحديد النطاق وهيكل تقسيم العمل والجدول الزمني وتخصيص الموارد بالتعاون مع فرق المشروع.
- إعداد جداول المشروع وصيانتها باستخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع، مع ضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع ومعالمه الرئيسية.
- التنسيق مع مدراء الموارد لتوزيع الموارد بفعالية وتحسين استخدامها عبر مشاريع متعددة.

- تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد والتدريب لمخططي المستوى المبتدئ لدعم تطورهم المهني وضمان الاتساق في ممارسات التخطيط عبر المؤسسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة متقدمة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في تخطيط المشاريع وجدولتها مع تطور تراكمي إلى مناصب عليا.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل على مشاريع إنشاء طرق وكباري مماثلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع مثل Microsoft Project وPrimavera P6 أو أدوات مماثلة.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية مع القدرة على تفسير متطلبات المشروع المعقدة والقيود.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة للتعامل والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة على جميع مستويات المؤسسة.
- صفات قيادية تشمل القدرة على تحفيز الفرق وحل النزاعات وتحقيق النتائج في بيئة تعاونية.
- معرفة بأفضل ممارسات إدارة المشاريع ومنهجياتها وأدواتها.

- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against established schedules and milestones, and proactively identify and address deviations or delays.
- Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project teams, stakeholders, and senior management through regular reports and presentations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment of project plans with organizational goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project plans adhere to quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, tools, and methodologies, and lead initiatives to implement enhancements.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior planners to support their professional development and ensure consistency in planning practices across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with demonstrated progression to senior roles.
- Experience of working on similar roads & highways construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project requirements and constraints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive results in a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and practices related to project planning and scheduling.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
