Senior Electrical Engineer-Transportation

تسعى WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى توظيف مهندس كهربائي أول (مشاريع النقل) للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيلعب المرشح الناجح دوراً محورياً في الإشراف على تنفيذ الأنظمة الكهربائية ضمن مشروع طرق رئيسية، مع ضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة وتوقعات العميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف ومراقبة جميع أنشطة الإنشاءات الكهربائية للتأكد من مطابقتها للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد والمعايير السارية.
- فحص والإشراف على أعمال التركيبات المتعلقة بالأنظمة الكهربائية للطرق السريعة والتي تشمل: أنظمة إنارة الشوارع، أنظمة النقل الذكية (ITS)، البنية التحتية لإشارات المرور، أنظمة توزيع الطاقة، المحطات الكهربائية الفرعية، شبكات الاتصالات، والأنظمة الكهربائية للأنفاق والطرق (حيثما ينطبق).
- مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية للمقاولين، والمستندات المقدمة للمواد، وبيانات الأساليب، وإجراءات العمل.
- إجراء تفتيشات دورية في الموقع ومراجعات الجودة لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً لمتطلبات المشروع.
- مراقبة أداء المقاول وتقدم العمل وفقاً للجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والدعم لفرق الموقع والعملاء والمقاولين في المسائل الهندسية الكهربائية.
- مراجعة وحل الاستفسارات الفنية، وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs)، وتقارير عدم المطابقة، والمسائل المتعلقة بالتصميم.
- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم لمعالجة تحديات الإنشاء وضمان تنفيذ الحلول المعتمدة بفعالية.
- المشاركة في دراسات الهندسة القيمية ومراجعات قابلية الإنشاء عند الحاجة.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأعمال الكهربائية لمواصفات المشروع واللوائح المحلية والمعايير السعودية وأفضل الممارسات الهندسية الدولية.
- التحقق من أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل، وحضور اختبارات القبول في المصنع (FATs) واختبارات القبول في الموقع (SATs) حسب الطلب.
- إعداد ومراجعة تقارير التفتيش وتقارير الاختبار وقوائم العيوب ووثائق التشغيل.
- دعم أنشطة إغلاق المشروع ووثائق التسليم النهائي.
- التواصل مع العملاء والمقاولين وهيئات الخدمات والجهات الحكومية ذات الصلة.
- حضور اجتماعات التقدم وورش العمل الفنية واجتماعات التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- دعم إدارة الواجهات الخاصة بتحويل الخدمات والتكامل مع أنظمة البنية التحتية الأخرى.
- تعزيز والحفاظ على أعلى معايير الامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الموقع.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع التركيبات الكهربائية وفقاً لإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المعتمدة ومتطلبات السلامة الخاصة بالمشروع.
- المشاركة في تفتيشات السلامة والتحقيقات في الحوادث وتقييمات المخاطر عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع شركات استشارية هندسية دولية رائدة.
- خبرة كبيرة في الإشراف على الإنشاءات والأدوار القائمة على الموقع.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الطرق الرئيسية والطرق السريعة والنقل أو البنية التحتية.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية أمر أساسي.
- فهم قوي للأنظمة الكهربائية المرتبطة بمشاريع النقل والبنية التحتية.
- خبرة في التنسيق مع المقاولين وهيئات الخدمات وأصحاب المصلحة الحكوميين.
- سجل حافل في تسليم المشاريع ضمن متطلبات الجودة والسلامة والجدول الزمني.

Responsibilities
Construction Supervision & Site Monitoring
- Supervise and monitor all electrical construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
- Inspect and oversee installation works related to highway electrical systems including:
- Street lighting systems
- Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
- Traffic signal infrastructure
- Power distribution systems
- Electrical substations
- Communication networks
- Tunnel and roadway electrical systems (where applicable)
- Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and work procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure works are delivered in accordance with project requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance and progress against approved construction schedules.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, clients, and contractors on electrical engineering matters.
- Review and resolve technical queries, RFIs, non-conformance reports, and design-related issues.
- Coordinate with design teams to address construction challenges and ensure effective implementation of approved solutions.
- Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews where required.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, local regulations, Saudi standards, and international engineering best practices.
- Verify testing and commissioning activities and witness factory acceptance tests (FATs) and site acceptance tests (SATs) as required.
- Prepare and review inspection reports, test reports, snagging lists, and commissioning documentation.
- Support project closeout activities and final handover documentation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, utility authorities, and relevant government agencies.
- Attend progress meetings, technical workshops, and coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
- Support interface management for utility diversions and integration with other infrastructure systems.
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
- Ensure all electrical installations are executed in accordance with approved HSE procedures and project safety requirements.
- Participate in safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments as required.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Proven experience working with leading international engineering consultancy firms.
- Significant experience in construction supervision and site-based roles.
- Demonstrated experience on major roads, highways, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is essential.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems associated with transport and infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, utility authorities, and government stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
