We are looking for an experienced ELV Engineer with 10-15 years of experience in hospitality projects and high-rise buildings, with strong technical knowledge of ICT and Security Systems and proven experience in reviewing engineering submittals, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and supervising ELV works on site.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in MEP / ELV Engineering.
• Experience in hospitality projects and high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of ICT and Security Systems, including but not limited to:
• IPTV, BMS, Fire Alarm, Public Address, and Audio-Visual Systems.
• GRMS (Guest Room Management Systems) and healthcare systems.
• Parking Management, Digital Signage, and Telephony Systems.
• Data Networks, Equipment Rack Elevations, Structured Cabling, and ISP/OSP construction methodologies.
• Control Rooms and Active & Passive Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, comment on, and approve contractors’ ELV engineering submittals.
• Review contractors’ construction documents, including pre-qualifications, proposals, Method Statements, ITPs, ELV materials, shop drawings, and technical details submissions.
• Review and respond to contractors’ RFIs related to ELV works.
• Coordinate with the project senior team across other disciplines to ensure proper coordination of work.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper execution of ELV works by the contractor.
