About the Role

Masarat is building a digital medical insurance platform for small and medium enterprises. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a back-end focus to join our core technical team. You will work on a live microservices platform integrated with insurance companies, payment providers and national verification services, and take ownership of features from API to screen.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and enhance front-end screens in Angular
• Integrate with third-party APIs (insurers, payment gateway, verification services)
• Write unit and integration tests and take part in code reviews
• Support testing, releases and production issue resolution
• Document your work and follow secure coding and data protection practices

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Angular (TypeScript, components, services, forms)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate and SQL (MySQL preferred)
• Experience with Git and a structured development workflow
• Ability to read existing code, learn quickly and work closely with a small team
• Good communication in Arabic and English

Nice to Have

• Microservices, Kafka or Redis
• Docker and Kubernetes, or any cloud platform
• OAuth2 / OpenID Connect (Keycloak)
• Experience in fintech, insurtech or regulated environments

Hiring Process

Applicants who meet the screening criteria will complete a short online technical assessment before the interview. Candidates based in Saudi Arabia and able to join within one month are preferred.
