About Dabt Technologies

Dabt Technologies is a Riyadh-based technology company empowering commercial fleets across Saudi Arabia. Our product, Dabt, the operating system for fleets, combines a SaaS platform with connected hardware, including GPS trackers, weight, temperature and fuel sensors, relays, and dashcams. The platform was built from scratch in-house by our team in Riyadh, and we have regional sales offices in Jeddah and Dammam.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the Dabt product end to end. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will set the product vision and roadmap and lead the platform, mobile apps, and hardware integrations through their next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead the core fleet platform, including tracking, dashboards, reporting, and role-based permissions
• Own the mobile apps for fleet managers and drivers
• Work with engineering on hardware and IoT integrations (GPS, sensors, dashcams)
• Gather customer and market insights and translate them into clear requirements, user stories, and priorities
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
• Define product KPIs and use data to guide decisions
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to make sure the product meets customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in digital product management
• Proven experience with SaaS and/or IoT products
• Track record of launching and scaling products
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Saudi national, based in Riyadh

Nice to have

• Product management or agile certifications
• Experience in fleet management, logistics, telematics, or transportation
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product tools
