The Company

Globe 24-7, in partnership with a leading data center infrastructure company, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their growing team in Saudi for a .

Description:

￿ Managing and coordinating engineering activities within the organization.

￿ Planning and following up engineering activities according to project and operational

requirements.

￿ Ensuring that engineering work and technical solutions comply with applicable standards,

specifications and company requirements.

￿ Ensuring the technical quality and accuracy of engineering deliverables and documentation.

￿ Coordinating engineering resources and priorities according to project needs and deadlines.

￿ Providing technical leadership, guidance and support to engineering personnel.

￿ Supporting project planning, execution and follow-up from an engineering perspective.

￿ Ensuring effective coordination between Engineering, Production, Project Management and

other relevant departments.

￿ Identifying technical risks, challenges and deviations and ensuring appropriate follow-up

and corrective actions.

￿ Supporting technical problem-solving and decision-making throughout project execution.

￿ Ensuring that technical changes and deviations are appropriately evaluated, documented

and communicated.

￿ Supporting the development and continuous improvement of engineering

Provide technical instructions and direction to engineering personnel.

￿ Review and evaluate technical solutions, engineering documentation and deliverables.

￿ Request modifications or corrective actions when engineering work does not meet

applicable technical or project requirements.

￿ Make technical decisions within the responsibilities and authority delegated to the

Engineering Manager.

Requirements:

￿ Management training or 5-10 years of relevant management experience.

￿ Qualification as an Electrical or civil Engineer or relevant technical field.

￿ 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.

￿ Fluent English, both written and spoken.

￿ Experience working in international or multicultural organizations.

￿ Competence or relevant experience in Project Management.

￿ PSI training, to be completed after employment in accordance with company requirements.

￿ HSE training for Management, to be completed after employment.
