وظيفة Technical Venture Builder لدى Bluerays Holding في الرياض

We're looking for someone who thinks like a founder and executes like an engineer. You'll shape ideas with our team, ship MVPs fast, test them with real users, win the first customers - then move on and build the next venture.

Alongside that, you'll be our in-house tech & AI partner: solving technical problems, piloting AI tools and agents, and helping teams put AI to work. That side shrinks as your ventures gain traction.

What we're looking for:

- Genuine entrepreneurial drive

- Ability to build MVPs independently - modern web/app development, AI-assisted dev tools, vibe coding

- Hands-on experience deploying AI tools & agents in business settings

- Lean startup mindset - MVP, test, iterate

- A working grasp of growth & customer acquisition

- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities

- Strong Arabic & English
