Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for developing visual concepts and designs that support branding, marketing, and project communication across print and digital media. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics and layouts, designing logos and brand assets, preparing design files for production, and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. The Senior Graphic Designer collaborates with project managers, marketers, and consultants to understand requirements, present design options, and refine deliverables based on feedback. The role also involves maintaining design standards, staying current with design trends and tools, and mentoring junior designers when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive visual identities for projects and clients.
• Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for clear and engaging communication.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,Canva,After Effects,Figma,Premiere).
• Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably within design, construction, or consultancy environments.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in Social Media Content Creation and Management, including developing engaging content, writing captions, designing visual assets, and maintaining brand consistency across digital platforms.
• Experience in Website Design, Content Management, and Website Updates, including creating, editing, and maintaining website layouts, graphics, banners, landing pages, and digital content to ensure an engaging user experience.
• Ability to prepare professional marketing materials, company profiles, brochures, presentations, proposals, and promotional content in Arabic and English.
• Experience in creating and adapting designs for websites, social media platforms, digital campaigns, printed materials, and corporate branding requirements.
• Photography, photo retouching, video editing, and motion graphics skills are considered an advantage.
• The candidate must be available to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders as required.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
