شركة Mace، الرائدة في دمج خبرات البناء والاستشارات، تبحث عن Cost Manager (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل على مشروع ضخم متعدد الاستخدامات في قلب الرياض، السعودية، ليكون مركزاً رياضياً وترفيهياً ومجتمعياً. تنطلق الشركة من قيم السلامة أولاً، التركيز على العميل، النزاهة، وخلق الفرص.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء دراسات الجدوى، تطوير استراتيجيات المشتريات، التوصية بأساليب اختيار العقود، وإعداد تقارير المشتريات لدعم أهداف المشروع.
- قيادة إدارة القيمة، تخطيط التكاليف، أنشطة التقدير، وتحمل مسؤولية تطوير وعرض خطط التكاليف النهائية.
- دعم شراء المقاولين واختيارهم، إعداد وثائق العقود، وتقديم المشورة بشأن متطلبات إدارة العقود وتنفيذها.
- قياس وتقييم الأعمال المنجزة، تقييم التغييرات، توفير مراقبة التكاليف وإعداد التقارير، وتقديم التقارير المالية للعملاء.
- مراقبة وتحديد التكاليف المتعلقة بتغييرات التصميم، ترسية العقود، أنشطة البناء، والمتطلبات التي يحددها العميل.
- تقييم مطالبات المقاولين للتأخير والتكاليف الإضافية، التفاوض على الحسابات النهائية، وتقديم المشورة بشأن الإنجاز، تصحيح العيوب، وشهادات الإنجاز النهائي.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر، تعزيز الأنظمة والعمليات، ودعم التغيير التحويلي عبر تسليم المشروع.
- إدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة، توجيه أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين، وتعزيز أهداف الحياد الكربوني من خلال الإدارة الاستباقية للكربون ومبادرات خفضه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة التكاليف، مسح الكميات، أو الأدوار التجارية في مشاريع البناء الكبرى.

The Project
A Large multipurpose Venue for long-term use as a versatile hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Conduct feasibility studies, develop procurement strategies, recommend contract selection approaches, and prepare procurement reports to support project objectives.
- Lead value management, cost planning, estimating activities, and take ownership of developing and presenting final cost plans.
- Support contractor procurement and selection, prepare contract documentation, and advise on contract administration and execution requirements.
- Measure and value completed works, assess variations, provide cost control and reporting, and deliver financial reports to clients.
- Monitor and identify costs related to design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client-driven requirements.
- Evaluate contractor claims for delays and additional costs, negotiate final accounts, and advise on completion, defect rectification, and final completion certifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance systems and processes, and support transformational change across project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, mentor and guide junior team members, and promote net zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management and reduction initiatives.
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial roles on major construction projects.
