We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm & Low Current Technician to join our Maintenance team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of fire alarm systems, firefighting support systems, and low current systems to ensure reliable performance and compliance with applicable safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems, firefighting support systems, and low current systems, including CCTV, access control, intercom systems, and data networks.
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify, diagnose, and repair faults in Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs), sensors, detectors, and associated field devices.
• Testing and Inspection: Conduct regular testing and inspection of smoke and heat detectors, manual call points, sounders, and interface modules to verify proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to on-site emergency service calls and breakdowns, providing effective technical solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and system status checks, and submit them to the direct supervisor.
• Safety Compliance: Follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures during all on-site activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Low Current Systems.
• Experience: At least three years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of fire alarm, firefighting, and low current systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and shop drawings.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with major fire alarm panel brands, such as Notifier, Simplex, Edwards, or Hochiki.
• Driving License: A valid driving license is a strong advantage.
• Language Skills: Good command of Arabic and working knowledge of English technical terminology.
