المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التواصل مع العملاء لفهم متطلباتهم واقتراح حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي المناسبة.
  • تصميم بنى عالية المستوى لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي (Generative AI) ونظم RAG والعوامل الذكية (AI agents) ومنصات الذكاء الاصطناعي المؤسسية.
  • تطوير وعرض نماذج أولية (Prototypes) وعروض توضيحية (Demos) وإثباتات المفاهيم (PoCs) لحالات استخدام العملاء.
  • إعداد المقترحات التقنية ومخططات البنية وردود طلبات العروض (RFP) وعروض الحلول التقديمية.
  • دعم المناقشات المتعلقة ببنية الذكاء الاصطناعي التحتية، بما يشمل مسرعات GPU وهندسة النشر والتقدير التقريبي للسعة.
  • التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والهندسة والتسليم طوال دورة ما قبل البيع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ما قبل البيع التقني أو هندسة الحلول أو هندسة البرمجيات أو أدوار مشابهة.
  • فهم جيد لنماذج LLMs ونظم RAG والذكاء الاصطناعي القائم على العوامل (Agentic AI) ومفاهيم تنسيق الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • خبرة عملية في بناء تطبيقات وعروض توضيحية ونماذج أولية وإثباتات مفاهيم للذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • إلمام بأطر العمل مثل LangChain و LangGraph أو ما يشابهها.
  • فهم جيد لـ Kubernetes و Docker، بما يشمل نشر وتنسيق التطبيقات المعبأة في حاويات.
  • فهم بنية الذكاء الاصطناعي التحتية ومسرعات GPU (NVIDIA أو ما يعادلها) وأعباء العمل الخاصة بالاستدلال (inference).
  • معرفة عملية بلغة Python وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) وتكامل الأنظمة.
  • الإلمام ببنى النشر السحابية والمحلية والهجينة.
  • مهارات قوية في العرض التقني والتوثيق والتواصل مع العملاء.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى احترافي.
  • التركيز على العملاء مع قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على تحويل متطلبات العمل إلى بنى ذكاء اصطناعي عملية.
  • الراحة في التواصل مع الجهات المعنية التقنية والتجارية.
  • روح المبادرة والتعاون والرغبة في تعلم تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي الناشئة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في العمل مع أطر استدلال LLM مثل vLLM أو Slang (يفضل).
  • الإلمام بتكوين GPU ونشر متعدد GPU وتقدير البنية التحتية (يفضل).
  • خبرة مع بيئات NVIDIA AI أو حوسبة GPU (يفضل).
  • خبرة سابقة في استشارات حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي المؤسسية أو ما قبل البيع (يفضل).

Role Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Sales AI Solution Engineer with a solid understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and AI infrastructure. The role combines hands-on AI solution development, technical pre-sales, and customer engagement to support enterprise AI opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand requirements and propose suitable AI solutions.
  • Design high-level architectures for Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Develop and demonstrate AI prototypes, demos, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for customer use cases.
  • Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
  • Support AI infrastructure discussions, including GPU accelerators, deployment architecture, and high-level capacity sizing.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, software engineering, or related roles.
  • Good understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration concepts.
  • Hands-on experience building AI applications, demos, prototypes, or PoCs.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
  • Good understanding of Kubernetes and Docker, including containerized application deployment and orchestration.
  • Understanding of AI infrastructure, GPU accelerators (NVIDIA or equivalent), and inference workloads.
  • Working knowledge of Python, APIs, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud, on-premises, or hybrid deployment architectures.
  • Strong technical presentation, documentation, and customer communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Exposure to vLLM, Slang or other LLM inference-serving frameworks.
  • Familiarity with GPU configuration, multi-GPU deployments, and infrastructure sizing.
  • Experience with NVIDIA AI software or GPU computing environments.
  • Previous experience in enterprise AI solution consulting or pre-sales.
