Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Web Developer role based in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-performing, secure web applications and sites that support NDP Investment’s media, marketing, and communication initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading front-end and back-end development, implementing responsive and accessible user interfaces, integrating APIs and third-party services, and optimizing application performance. The role involves collaborating with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and user experience best practices. The Senior Web Developer will also review code, mentor junior developers, manage deployment processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of the company’s web technology stack and development standards.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality is mandatory, with the ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Web Development, preferably in corporate and enterprise-level websites.
• Strong Front-End Development skills, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and responsive Web Design.
• Advanced Back-End Development skills, including Node.js, PHP, WordPress, databases, and secure server-side programming.
• Proven experience with WordPress CMS, Headless WordPress, Custom Post Types, and Next.js integration.
• Proficiency in MySQL, MariaDB, REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party system integrations.
• Experience developing bilingual websites with full Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) functionality.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, AEO, GEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards (WCAG), and website security.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and website performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, hosting environments, deployment, and website maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end web development projects, including technical planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams and meet project deadlines.
