تعلن شركة Airbus Defence and Space عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى Technical and Logistic Support في مدينة الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم فريق إدارة تقنية المعلومات لدى العميل في المراقبة اليومية والتواصل مع فريق الصيانة في فرنسا ومزودي قطع الغيار.
  • دعم فريق الإنتاج لدى العميل في العمليات اليومية المتعلقة بـ GEOINT/IMINT، وإدارة الاتصال مع فريق الهندسة في فرنسا.
  • دعم أنشطة التدريب على تقنية المعلومات.
  • دعم جميع العمليات في المملكة العربية السعودية، مثل مراحل النشر والقبول والتدريب.
  • المساهمة في تحسين العمليات المستمرة للمنصة من خلال دعم نشر وتحديث البرامج والأجهزة.
  • المشاركة في جميع الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات وورش العمل اللازمة مع العميل لضمان مستوى الخدمة المناسب.
  • المساهمة في عكس توقعات العميل وطلباته، ودعم النشاط في سياقه المتغير.
  • إجراء مراجعات وتحديثات منتظمة للأنشطة وإعداد مؤشرات أداء (KPIs) لمراقبة أعمال الصيانة والدعم.
  • توثيق المعرفة من خلال كتابة الوثائق والإجراءات وجمع الممارسات الجيدة.
  • الحفاظ على علاقة جيدة مع مختلف الأطراف المعنيين في المنصة (عميل، مكتب خلفي، مزودين وشريك.
  • دعم نشر وإدارة أداء جميع مخرجات برنامج الصيانة.
  • هذه الوظيفة مشروطة بالحصول على التصريح الأمني المطلوب.

المتطلبات والشروط

  • درجة الماجستير في علوم الحاسب.
  • خبرة ناجحة في برامج الصيانة والدعم.
  • مهارات تواصل للتكيف مع مجموعة واسعة من المحاورين في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
  • اللغة الإنجليزية: إلزامية.
  • اللغة العربية: إلزامية.
  • اللغة الفرنسية: ميزة.
  • هذه الوظيفة مشروطة بالحصول على التصريح الأمني المطلوب.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • بيئة Windows: Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), Distributed File System (DFS), GPO.
  • أنظمة التشغيل: Ubuntu 24.04, Windows Server 2022, Windows 11, Linux (CentOS).
  • الافتراضية: Nutanix (AHV & NKP), Harbor و Kubernetes.
  • التخزين: Ceph.
  • النسخ الاحتياطي: Veeam Backup.
  • IMINT/GEOINT trade core وبرامج جغرافية (I4D, SOCET GXP).
  • تقنية المعلومات: أجهزة (DELL server, Cisco), مضاد فيروسات ESET, جدار ناري Stormshield/Opensense, PKI (EJBCA), Ansible.
  • العمل مع مفاهيم وأجهزة شبكية أساسية مثل IP, DNS, جدار ناري و routing.
  • معرفة بقواعد البيانات ميزة (Postgresql, MySQL, Elastic search).
  • معرفة بتقنية السحابية (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • القدرة على تعلم وفهم مواضيع متنوعة ومعقدة وتقنية.
  • مهارات تحليلية لتلخيص وتبسيط المواضيع المعقدة.
  • القدرة على إدارة عدة أنشطة بالتوازي.

Job Description:

The jobholder will have to perform the following activities:

  • Maintenance and Support

The main responsibility is to make our partner’s staff able to take over the maintenance of hardware / software and support operations of the BEAM9 system. These operations consist of:

  • Support the Customer’s IT Administration team, in daily monitoring and to insure the contact with the Maintenance team in France for IT activities and supplier for hardware replacement;
  • Support the Customer’s Production team, in day to day operation on GEOINT/IMINT activities, to take into account administration and to insure the contact with the Engineering team in France;
  • Support IT Training activities;
  • Support all operations in KSA, like deployment, acceptance phases or IT training;
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement of the platform by supporting the deployment of software/hardware update and upgrade.
  • Customers’ relationship
  • Participate to all necessary meetings, conferences or workshops with our customers to insure the appropriate level of service;
  • Contribute to reflect customer’s expectations or request;
  • Supporting the activity in its evolving context (support operational teams, provide operational updates and requirements).
  • Communication and reporting
  • Ensure regular reviews and updates on activities to the team and the program manager;
  • To setup and maintain KPIs allowing the monitoring of the maintenance and support activities;
  • Capitalize knowledge (documentation and procedure writing, good practices gathering...)
  • Maintain good relationship with the different actors involved in the platform (customer, back-office, providers and partner);
  • Support deployment, lifetime operation and performance management of all Maintenance Program deliverables;

This position is contingent upon obtaining the required security clearance.

Main Requirements

  • Must Have
    • Education: Master degree in computer science
    • Successful experience in maintenance and support program;
    • Communication skills to adapt to wide variety of interlocutors in a multicultural environment
    • Windows environment: Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), Distributed File System (DFS), GPO;
    • OS: Ubuntu 24.04, Windows Server 2022, Windows 11 Linux knowledge (CentOS)
    • Virtualization Nutanix (AHV & NKP), Harbor and Kubernetes
    • Storage: Ceph
    • Backup: Veeam Backup

  • Additional skills
    • IMINT/GEOINT trade core and geospatial software (I4D, SOCET GXP)
    • IT: hardware ( DELL server, Cisco),antivirus ESET, Firewall Stormshield/Opensense, PKI (EJBCA), Ansible
    • Working with basic network devices and concept such as IP, DNS, firewall and routing.
    • Knowledge in Database is a plus (Postgresql, MySQL, Elastic search)
    • Knowledge in cloud technology (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Ability to learn and understand various, complex and technical subjects
    • Analytical skills to summarize, simplify complex topics
    • Ability to steer several activities in parallel
  • Languages
    • English, mandatory

    • French, a plus
