تعلن شركة Air Products عن وظيفة قائد الأمن السيبراني للطاقة المتجددة (Cybersecurity Lead - Renewable Power) في موقعها بمشروع NEOM للهيدروجين الأخضر في ضبا، منطقة تبوك، السعودية. يشغل هذا المنصب ضمن فريق تنفيذ مشروع معقد يتضمن أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية والرياح وتخزين الطاقة والمحطات الفرعية، مع مسؤولية ضمان الأمن السيبراني طوال دورة حياة المشروع.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • تقديم القيادة الفنية والمسؤولية عن ضمان الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة توليد ونقل الطاقة المتجددة في مشروع NEOM Green Hydrogen، والذي يشمل مزارع الطاقة الشمسية، ومزارع الرياح، وأنظمة تخزين الطاقة (BESS)، ومحطات التوزيع والمحطات الفرعية.
  • ضمان تقديم نطاق الأمن السيبراني بشكل آمن ومتوافق ومرن خلال مراحل التشغيل والتجريب والبدء، وصولاً إلى التسليم النهائي لمشغل المنشأة، مع الالتزام باللوائح السعودية مثل NCA وHCIS وSAIS ومعايير الأمن السيبراني للمشروع.
  • مقر العمل في الموقع بنظام دوام 8 أسابيع عمل / أسبوعين إجازة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة فريق من مهندسي الأمن السيبراني وإدارة ضمان الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية وتوربينات الرياح وBESS والمحطات الفرعية عالية/متوسطة الجهد وPPC وEMS وواجهات الشبكة عبر دورة حياة المشروع.
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للأمن السيبراني لنطاق الطاقة المتجددة، والتواصل مع فرق الهندسة والإنشاءات والتشغيل وOEMs وممثلي الشبكة والعملاء.
  • ضمان سجلات أصول الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة التشغيل (OT)، وهياكل الشبكات، ونماذج المنطقة-القناة، وسجلات مخاطر الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة الطاقة.
  • قيادة واعتماد تقييمات مخاطر الأمن السيبراني لحزم OEM والأنظمة المتكاملة، ودفع إجراءات التخفيف إلى الإغلاق دون التأثير على المسار الحرج.
  • تخطيط والإشراف على التحقق من الأمن السيبراني خلال اختبارات FAT وSAT وCSAT واختبارات الأداء لأنظمة أتمتة المحطات والتحكم في التوربينات وSCADA للمصنع.
  • إدارة جاهزية الأمن السيبراني أثناء التشغيل والتجريب والبدء، بما في ذلك قواعد جدار الحماية، والوصول الآمن عن بُعد، وتصلب نقاط النهاية، والتسجيل والمراقبة قبل التوصيل الكهربائي.
  • التحكم ومراقبة وصول الأطراف الثالثة والوصول عن بُعد، وضمان الامتثال أثناء البناء والبدء والعمليات المبكرة.
  • تقديم مدخلات الأمن السيبراني لإدارة التغيير، وضمان تقييم التغييرات في التصميم والمشتريات والتركيب من حيث الأثر السيبراني.
  • قيادة مساهمات الأمن السيبراني في تسليم العمليات، بما في ذلك حوكمة الوصول، ومواءمة الاستجابة للحوادث، والنسخ الاحتياطي والاسترداد، ونماذج الدعم الآمن عن بُعد.
  • توجيه وتقديم الإرشاد الفني لمهندسي الأمن السيبراني والمقاولين الداعمين لنطاق الطاقة المتجددة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (إلكترونيات، أجهزة، أنظمة تحكم، أو ما يعادلها).
  • خبرة إجمالية تتراوح بين 15 إلى 20 عاماً، مع 7 سنوات على الأقل في بيئات OT/ICS، وخبرة عملية قوية في الأمن السيبراني في مشاريع الطاقة أو البنية التحتية الصناعية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تطبيق اللوائح المحلية مثل NCA وHCIS وSAIS و/أو متطلبات ISA/IEC 62443 على المشاريع الحية.
  • معرفة تقنية قوية في SCADA وDCS وPLCs وSAS وEPMS وبروتوكولات الطاقة مثل IEC 61850 وDNP3 وModbus وPROFINET وغيرها.
  • خبرة في دعم مراحل البناء وما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل والبدء والتسليم دون التأثير على السلامة أو الجدول الزمني.
  • شهادات في OT/ICS الأمن السيبراني مثل ISA/IEC 62443 وSANS أو ما يعادلها.

Reimagine What’s Possible 

NEOM Green Hydrogen Project is part of the most complex capital project and a flagship project for Air Products. Air Products is executing a EPC Contract with the customer - NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC). Air Products have the responsibility to design, build and delivery Process Controls / Process Automation System and IT/Digital Technology infrastructure scope.

The incumbent candidate is required to provide technical leadership and accountability for cybersecurity assurance of renewable power generation and transmission systems of the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project that comprises of Solar/PV Farm, Wind farm, BESS, transmission load substations and pooling sub-stations. The role is to ensure safe, compliant, and resilient cybersecurity scope delivery through the commissioning and startup phases, up to final handover to facility operator, in alignment with Saudi Arabian regulations such as NCA, HCIS, SAIS, and project cybersecurity standards as relevant.

This position is based out of Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia working on rotation of 8 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF.

The role will be a site-based role with below duties:

  • Lead a team of cybersecurity engineers and govern cybersecurity assurance for Solar PV, Wind Turbines, BESS, HV/MV substations, PPC, EMS, and grid interfaces across the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary cybersecurity focal point for renewable power scope, interfacing with engineering, construction, commissioning, OEMs, grid interfaces, and client representatives.
  • Ensure the OT cybersecurity asset registers, network architectures, zone‑conduit models, and cyber risk registers for power systems.
  • Lead and approve cyber risk assessments for OEM packages and integrated systems; drive mitigation actions to closure without impacting critical path activities.
  • Plan and oversee cybersecurity validation during FAT, SAT, CSAT, and performance testing of substation automation, turbine control, and plant SCADA systems.
  • Govern cybersecurity readiness during commissioning and start-up, including firewall rules, secure remote access, endpoint hardening, logging, and monitoring prior to energization.
  • Control and monitor third‑party and remote access, ensuring compliance during construction, startup, and early operations.
  • Provide cybersecurity input to change management, ensuring design, procurement, and installation changes are assessed for cyber impact.
  • Lead cybersecurity contributions to handover to operations, including access governance, incident response alignment, backup and recovery, and secure remote support models.
  • Mentor and technically guide cybersecurity engineers and contractors supporting renewable power scope

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or equivalent).
  • 15 to 20 years of overall experience with at least seven years of experience in OT / ICS environments, with strong hands‑on cybersecurity experience in power or industrial infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience implementing local regultions such as NCA, HCIS, SAIS, and/or ISA/IEC 62443 requirements on live projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, SAS, EPMS and power protocols including IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, PROFINET etc,
  • Experience supporting construction, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, startup, and handover without impacting safety or schedule.
  • OT/ICS cybersecurity certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, SANS, or equivalent
