Green Life KSA (Establishment Hayat Khadra for Trading) is a growing food distribution and trading company in Riyadh, supplying the Palace, HoReCa and Retail sectors. We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Accountant to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Payment recovery: follow up on customer receivables and collections
• Invoicing: prepare and issue accurate sales invoices
• Inventory checking: run regular physical counts at our warehouse
• Stock balance: keep system stock in line with physical stock
• Internal auditing: check transactions, documents and controls
• Reconciliation: bank, customer, supplier and stock reconciliations
• ZATCA & tax returns: prepare and file VAT returns, keep ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) compliant and handle tax records

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Fresh CA graduate, or 1-2 years of accounting experience in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Must be in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama
• Available to join immediately
• Good with Excel; experience with Zoho Books or similar software is a plus
• Knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA rules and tax return filing
• Fluent English; Urdu or Hindi is a plus
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with warehouse and sales teams
