Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the project’s sustainability strategy and requirements.

• Review designs, materials and contractor submissions for compliance with sustainability objectives.

• Coordinate with designers, consultants and contractors to implement sustainability measures.

• Track and report performance across energy, water, carbon, materials and waste.

• Support green building certification submissions and maintain supporting evidence.

• Conduct site inspections, identify gaps and follow up on corrective actions.

• Prepare sustainability reports, dashboards and presentations for project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Sustainability or a related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainability on major construction, infrastructure or development projects.

• Working knowledge of green building rating systems such as LEED and Mostadam.

• Understanding of sustainable construction practices, resource efficiency and carbon management.

• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.

• LEED accreditation or a relevant sustainability qualification is an advantage.

• Mostadam Accredited Professional (AP) and/or LEED AP credentials are preferred.
