Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping Tu Education’s vision, strategy, and operations in a full-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Jeddah, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time as business needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the company’s business model, overseeing key initiatives, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and market development. The Co-Founder will collaborate on product and service design, lead fundraising efforts where applicable, and ensure alignment between educational outcomes, customer needs, and operational execution. This role involves working closely with team members and external stakeholders to build a sustainable organization and a strong brand in the education sector.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities, interpret data, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with partners, learners, institutions, and team members.
• Proven sales abilities to generate leads, build relationships, and close strategic deals.
• Marketing expertise to develop and execute campaigns that position Tu Education effectively in the market.
• Research capabilities to understand learner needs, industry trends, and best practices in education.
• Experience in education, edtech, or a related sector is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurship experience, ideally in a startup or growth environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Jeddah, managing time and priorities independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage but not required.
