Role Description The Prenatal Pilates Instructor at جمعية البداية للرضاعة الطبيعية وتوعية المرأة الصحية | Albidayah NPO is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jeddah, with some flexibility for work from home activities such as planning classes and administrative tasks. The instructor will design and lead Pilates sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to different fitness levels and health needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing class plans, demonstrating proper technique, correcting form, and monitoring participant progress. The role also involves collaborating with other wellness and health education staff, maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, and providing clear guidance that supports participants’ physical well-being and confidence. The instructor will conduct basic client assessments, record attendance and session notes, and participate in community outreach or educational events as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide high-quality Pilates Instruction, including designing and adapting programs for diverse participants.
• Experience in leading Group Exercise sessions and managing class dynamics in a supportive, inclusive manner.
• Background or familiarity with Physical Therapy principles, functional movement, or rehabilitation-focused exercise is highly beneficial.
• Strong Customer Service skills and a patient, empathetic Teaching approach that supports participant comfort and motivation.
• Relevant certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization; additional fitness or wellness certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of basic anatomy, injury prevention, and safe exercise modifications for various health conditions.
• Effective communication skills in spoken and written language; ability to explain techniques clearly and listen to participant needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an NPO environment, showing cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and professionalism in scheduling, documentation, and class preparation.
